If Daniel mentioned that he ‘had a headache’ or was ‘tired’ or had ‘an upset stomach’ and someone in that room GAVE HIM SOMETHING FOR IT, it does seem logical that he would WONDER why he was TIRED!!! If he asked for a ‘tranquilizer’ or ‘something to help him sleep’, I doubt he would have asked that question!!

And then, at one point Daniel said to me how come I'm so tired? And, in hindsight I wish that I had seen that as some sort of a signal and seen that something wasn't right.

You are saying the same thing I have been saying.Why would he say that to Howard? Why wouldn't he be tired? Even though he was still on Ca. time it was the middle of the night so that would not matter. I think he asked it because Howard gave him something and Daniel didn't expect to react the way he did to it.

HKS is about to have a lot of microscopes looking at every facet of his handling of ANS’s financial affairs for the last 10 years with special attention on the days and months after her death. There will be the Bar Association, the IRS and potential civil lawsuits from the ANS’s estate if proof is uncovered that he has been skimming cash.

I don’t think it will be pretty.

If LB gets the baby and the probate is handled in California as expected, then I think HKS will be out in the cold with the will being thrown out completely.

Well, I think this is another maneuver by Howard, to manipulate and control the narrative, which he considers a plastic, yielding thing- aka, "there's a sucker born every minute".

1. His goal is to continue to scapegoat Virgie. He's trying to use an "us against them" scenario. Virgie has to be the bad guy so Howard can suck Larry into his view of reality. This is called, "seduction".

I think that Howard is still, still, still trying to seduce Lary. I think that that's what this statement is all about.

2.By mentally seducing Larry, Howard hopes to retain control over Dannielynn's fortune and Anna's moniker. It's just a reprise of his rejected offer when he and Larry met and Howard wanted a settlement.

3.If that doesn't work, Howard will have another strategy in the works. When will he give up trying to seduce Larry, I wonder. Obviously, he thinks, so far, that it's possible. Beware, Larry!

3a) "Share memories of her mother"???? Clearly those memories are tainted with all the publicity and his suspicious behaviour, and the reality. I can't believe he is this stupid, unless he believes that his audience is that stupid. I betya that's what he believes.

Speculation that this is somehow about money for Howard is misguided and wrong. Howard has never made a TV or book deal even though he is the one who knew Anna Nicole best.

He knew her best????? Yeah, he knew her weaknesses best. Her mother, Virgie, knew her best! And loves her. He keeps trying to claim exclusive dibs on Anna. Total possession of her life and her death, of her name.

And no, he has not made a tv or book deal, yet. Like other astute observers on this thread have noted, it's been 2 whole months since she's died. Not very long. I think the statement is smoke and mirrors, a feint- from the fact that he took money for the ET interviews, and G-d knows what else!

As for Howie trying to repair Anna's image- wow, he's kidding right???? There is no reparation of something that never was. Cry me a river.

I believe it was at this same hearing earlier (Judge Seidlin) that Stern was so nervous answering O'Quinn's questions on his sources of income, Stern couldn't stop taking sips of water.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but the first thing that comes to mind is that every ersatz sip gave him time to think up a reply. He wasn't thirsty, nor was he even remotely nervous- he was conniving.

The cup was empty. You could hear the thud whenever he put the cup down and it was very hollow and empty sounding.

I quit carbonated drinks years ago. They are absolutely horrible. I drink mostly propel or green tea. Thank God my Lupus has been in remission for over 12 years and I'm seldom, if ever ill (knock on wood).

But fluid on the lungs and in your abdomen.... there has to be a cause. If you don't have pneumonia or cancer or CHF then something is causing pleural effusion. I hope your doctors are taking it seriously. Did they run blood work to see what it showed?...
