Stern told Perper that Anna had had a 'rough night'...Stern was aware that Anna had been very ill with 105 temp on Monday..that Anna appeared better, but then, worsened, had a 'rough night'

What would a rational adult do?
a) give Anna sleeping medication, take a shower and leave?
b) recognize that whatever had been done up to that point was not working, that Anna's condition was worsening, and that it was time to get Anna outside medical assistance?

I would guess that when KE called, on the day she died, it was only a few minutes before the fatal dose. If she was dead by 11:00 which is what I think, she was given the fatal dose between 8 and 9.

Moe came in about 9:30, said he was going to breakfast and saw her moving but Anna said nothing.

Howard said he helped her to the bathroom at 10:00 but I don't think that happened. She weighed 178 lbs.

Where were the clothes she wore last??

I don't think anyone except Howard saw Anna between the time KE left and Moe stopped by.

I found it very convenient that there was a lounge between the two rooms. How convenient because it gave Howard a place to seat people and keep everyone out or say...I'll be right out....with several minutes elapsing.....time enough for him to carefully cover Anna up before Moe came in.

Howard told Perper she had a rough night BUT KE said she called twice, the night before and that morning and Anna was fine.

I think Stern saying she had a 'rough night' means SHE DIDN'T DIE LIKE WE EXPECTED HER TO! Maybe she was seizing and trashing...but didn't DIE like she was supposed to do....therefore, he had to give her something to 'relax her and calm her down'...to HELP her go about DYING...like she was SUPPOSED TO DO earlier!!
