Where did KE get the flu medicine and the antibiotic? Perper makes it sound like it happened right after they arrived at the hotel. KE took temp. 105....gave meds and ice bath...
This is what makes me sick. Not so much that the same people wouldn't lie under oath - but every once in a while, forcing someone to swear they are telling the truth can make a difference in what they actually say.
None of what Perper used for "evidence" was testimony under oath. What a joke!
Ok...he just said she took the chloral hydrate at night. Then, as far as we know, she didn't take anymore meds? And, she died at noon the next day, after getting up and going to the bathroom?
How long does the chloral hydrate stay in the system?
Perper on Greta, he is taking HKS word for when she woke up, etc.
Perper said that she had to have taken or been given additional hydrate within hours of her death.
dang....Lumpy on Greta....I can't understand him!

Why was she taking a sleep med in the morning??????

10:00 A.M. Monday: ANS had a dance lesson for a video
07:30 P.M. ANS arrives at HardRock Hotel with Stern and Kristine Eroshevich. ANS complains that she felt very cold, she had chills. After arriving at the hotel it was discovered that ANS has a 105 degree temperature. Khristine Eroshevich gave ANS Tamiflu, Neosporin, Cipro, plenty of fluid. ANS was placed in an ice tub

Tuesday: was a more difficult day, because ANS couldn't eat anything, was weak, an episode of vomiting. Watched television.

Wednesday: ANS felt well enough that she had both breakfast and dinner, watched TV and before going to sleep took, again, this chlorohydrate medication.

Feb 8th
10:00 A.M. Thursday: ANS wakes up according to Stern. Stern assisted ANS to the restroom, then assisted her back to bed, where ANS went back to sleep. Stern showered and left, saw something in the interim, but basically never checked on her again
1:00 P.M Tasma Brighthaupt on phone talking to Maurice Brighthaupt. Brigette Neven thought Tasma was talking to ANS. Brigette invited Tasma to take a look at ANS due to how ANS appeared. Tasma hangs up phone with Maurice.
Tasma notices that ANS’s head slumped downward to chest, mouth open, and not breathing. Taz administers CPR and resuscitation.

1:30 P.M. They (Brigette & Taz) found out that ANS was not responsive, and basically she was dead.

4:15 P.M. Associate Medical Examiner Dr Gertrude Juste responds to scene of death pronouncement at the Hollywood Memorial Hospital
4:59 P.M. ANS’s body arrived at the Medial Examiner’s Office and was logged in.

Why hasnt he given a time of death?
Dr. Baden up! Other aspects....more to the autopsy than cause of death. What about the methadone? What about Daniel? Should HKS have custody of the baby?
Should have examined the hair. It can tell the timing of drug habit over a period of months. Where did the methadone come from that Daniel took?
Too bad he didn't do the autopsy.
