Not sure what to say to all that. I am not, I repeat NOT an expert on all things ANS and do NOT pretend to be.

I didn't know if the times I saw her on the TV news here were in 2001 or 2005. I did brush up on this when Daniel died and plowed through all the hundreds of pages of Marshall v Marshall, then the banktuptcy and SCOTUS proceedings - but I did not commit them to memory.

Howard K Stern's reprimand may have made the news here, but it did not penetrate my brain in any way, shape or form at the time, if it did. I'm not even sure how I knew who he was at the time of Daniel's death. Probably just repeated exposure over the years and osmosis. I have paid little to no attention to Anna Nicole Smith before these mysteries happened, which intrigued my curiosity.

So, I don't know when ANS met HKS - I only know that stalkers like HKS always try to puff up their relationships to their stalkees - and the stakes are high in this one. His length of time "in her service" has been streeetttcched and streettched every time it comes up.

I said from all the notes I had gathered, it appeared to me it was around 1996. Then Stern himself said 1996 in the hearing, so that's good enough for me.

It fits with the time she was trying to get somebody, anybody, to take on her bankruptcy case for free because she was down and out. He was doing a record label negotiation with a small-time band at the time, that's all. It fits with her begging people to take her case.

Beyond that, I don't know. I have all those same notes you posted, plus many pages more - and most here said they didn't want to know anything about the Marshall cases. *bor - ing*

They either have to be in detail or not at all - because we've all seen how messed up the media has gotten it in relation to Dannielynn and her "inheritance." Some people still insist that Daniel had a trust fund from JHMII and it should go to Dannielynn, from ANS getting it at Daniel's death. No Daniel trust fund is ever mentioned anywhere in those court papers - and virtually every other thing on the planet is discussed, financially.

I don't know what else to say. I gathered a bunch of notes and then posted a Case Name List, which I try to keep updated. I'm not trying to be an expert - I'm trying to save fellow posters from having to duplicate the efforts or spend mountains of time looking things up without a roadmap. I'm homebound and have the time and some familiarity with parts of this, plus did newsgathering for a living for many years.

Please keep posting and I'll try to keep my mouth shut - I don't post a whole lot, anyway, except in spurts when I feel well enough to do it. Thanks for your serious look at the Marshall stuff.

I thought it was 2005, since that's the date I copied off of it, but logically, it had to have been in 2001. I'm old and years run together, 2001 is the same as 2005 to me.

The EL is downtown. Has a nice (inexpensive)steak house called Roberta's. Other than that the place is a dump...LOL

I rarely go downtown.

I prefer the penny machines now, they are more fun than nickels IMO I won $800 on a penny sun/moon in Dec.

Of course I play mostly poker now, and just an occasional penny slot when I am bored :)

So, what have we learned today?

If you routinely give injections to someone and decide to reuse the needle, causing abscess formation with associated dangerous elevated temperature, which you then ignore (treat with an ice bath) your "victim" can die of septicemia and you're not held liable? I don't buy it.

If that works, sign me up for Hildabeasts hormone shots... (just kidding, I don't think she's getting them).

Whether Demerol, Methadone, Chloral Hydrate or other drugs were responsible for the death of ANS is almost irrelevant if the abscess story is fact. Yes, just a whiff of those meds would have dealt the final blow and may have.

Didn't someone also say that she took the Chloral Hydrate the night before and NEVER woke up, BUT she was given a shot of Demerol 2 minutes before she died.

If she never woke up, who gave her the shot? Must have been HKS.
If she never woke up, why did HKS say that she was fine? To put distance between her death and him.
If she never woke up, HKS knew she was already dead (not dying) before he left for the boat.

Is there record of anyone at all having seen Anna that morning?

It's difficult to sort out the rumors from the facts, we're getting our information from so many sources, most unverified. "Never woke up" is a subjective assessment. That could mean many different things. Was she sleeping and unable to be aroused or dead?

Or, was he attempting to disguise her time of death?

If she never woke up, HKS knew she was already dead (not dying) before he left for the boat.

I don't think HKS wanted to be recorded as being on the scene at ANS time of death, additionally it's typical for murderers to want to flee the scene of the crime.

We only have the statements by Moe and Taz (who implicates "she" (Brigitte) as also being on the scene and discovering ANS situation.

Yes, that's what I keep finding too, but we were trying to figure out if the syrup form could be injected. When it first came out that it was used by vets for surgery on animals I found this:

"INJECTABLE AGENTS:

Telazol + chloral hydrate – Administer 20 mg/kg of Telazol by intramuscular injection followed by 200 mg/kg of a 5% solution of chloral hydrate by intraperitoneal injection; anesthesia lasts 1 to 2 hours."

Since chloral hydrate is rarely prescribed anymore, I also wondered if this drug was chosen specifically because , according to some expert on CTV, a normal dose is only detectable in the system for 4 minutes after administering.

What doesn't seem to make sense either are the reports that a lethal dose of CH was given the night before...and, since they are saying 'she never woke up'...I'm confused then about the time of death...wasn't it Perper who said she died shortly before help arrived?

TRAGIC Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter Dannielynn has been rushed into hospital in the Bahamas.

The seven-month-old tot was taken to the Precious Posterity Pediatric Centre on the sunshine island by Anna’s lover and lawyer Howard K Stern.

There are fears that she may have been born addicted because the model was known to have on-going drug problems.

Reports in the USA claim Anna was taking drugs while pregnant and her doctors fear Dannielynn will face problems too.

Documents showed that the blonde still had prescriptions for powerful drugs, including methadone and Demerol, when she was eight months pregnant. Her ex-lover Larry Birkhead also revealed that Anna kept a “duffel bag” full of drugs which she even took in hospital.

Dannielynn holds the key to Anna’s expected £274million inheritance from her late husband J Howard Marshall.

A report published in the National Enquirer yesterday claimed Anna died of a lethal level of a potent sleep medication.

But she also had a raging blood infection that could have killed her had she not overdosed.

According to the report the tragic former model took the fast-acting sleep-inducer chloral hydrate.

In its most stunning disclosure, the National Enquirer says Anna’s life might have been saved if she had gone to hospital.

Instead she tried to treat her severe fever, nausea and other infection symptoms on her own.

The report comes days before the Medical Exam-iner Dr Joshua Perper is due to reveal his official findings into the death of the 39-year

Syrup, or most anything, could be diluted and injected in muscle or intra-peritoneally. Either location would be detected upon autopsy if remnants were able to be detected.

Yes, Chloral Hydrate is a drug from the past.
