TRAGIC Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter Dannielynn has been rushed into hospital in the Bahamas.
The seven-month-old tot was taken to the Precious Posterity Pediatric Centre on the sunshine island by Anna’s lover and lawyer Howard K Stern.
There are fears that she may have been born addicted because the model was known to have on-going drug problems.
Reports in the USA claim Anna was taking drugs while pregnant and her doctors fear Dannielynn will face problems too.
Documents showed that the blonde still had prescriptions for powerful drugs, including methadone and Demerol, when she was eight months pregnant. Her ex-lover Larry Birkhead also revealed that Anna kept a “duffel bag” full of drugs which she even took in hospital.
Dannielynn holds the key to Anna’s expected £274million inheritance from her late husband J Howard Marshall.
A report published in the National Enquirer yesterday claimed Anna died of a lethal level of a potent sleep medication.
But she also had a raging blood infection that could have killed her had she not overdosed.
According to the report the tragic former model took the fast-acting sleep-inducer chloral hydrate.
In its most stunning disclosure, the National Enquirer says Anna’s life might have been saved if she had gone to hospital.
Instead she tried to treat her severe fever, nausea and other infection symptoms on her own.
The report comes days before the Medical Exam-iner Dr Joshua Perper is due to reveal his official findings into the death of the 39-year
