Thread Number Two
How foolish was that...
And that's when the final fatal mistake was made. Sometime overnight on February 7, Anna ingested the sleeping medication chloral hydrate. The drug is extremely potent. The dose was too much and in fact it was a toxic level, the ENQUIRER and Star have learned exclusively. On Thursday, February 8, Anna never woke up.

WOW...
I wish and hope that we can get a pic from the video that Greta aired last night of that witch KE. That one would be more appropriate, especially when she was doing the grinning.</p>

A nurse found her unresponsive at about 1:30 p.m."
"That's a long time for her to be asleep without anyone checking on her.............since they appeared to always be checking her for many months according to friends interviews.........Howard was always there!"
If she was a fatal dose the night before, or even very early that morning, she would have died then during the night and been dead for a long time without anyone checking on her...but Perper said she had not been dead long before the medics arrived?
Something doesn't add up here. How could they possibly know WHEN the fatal dose was administered?
The verdicts mean that Pierce Marshall, 62, of Dallas should receive all of his father's estate, valued at $1.6 billion by some estimates but at $40 million to $60 million by Marshall.
Heh, Pro Pinder was shown on several of the tab shows yesterday, shoving the writ through the holes in the wrought iron on the gate at Horizons.
He was so veddy veddy genteel and Britlike in his little voice message over the gate intercom ... Mistuh Stuhn ... I am presenting you with a summons ... it was cute.
I couldn't hear the answer, but I think it was Gerlene.
That would be good. Have to leave!!
Ha Dr. Death...I wonder if she had her own motives?
Long story, too complex to get into, but JHMIII sided with the renegade members of the Koch family to try to overthrow the rest of the Kochs on the board of their own family business.
Oh yeah - Howard is culpable too - but he or Anna couldn't have gotten the meds without the dear Dr.
Even if we are to believe the Enqiurer stuff - I still think they were covering up big time that day. Was it just because they were all afraid of being the one to blame? Was the baby there and they had to stall to get her back to the Bahamas? Were they all high as kites and had to come down first? Why the delays and stalling - dead is dead.
x) entry dated 3/16/07 at Legacy.com, says Anna Nicole is 'third cousin' of Marilyn:
Anna Nicole Smith and Marilyn Monroe were third cousins, twice removed. Monroe's mother was Gladys Pearl Monroe, the daughter of Otis Monroe and Della Hogan. Della was the daughter of Tilford Marion Hogan. Anna Nicole's great-great-great grandpa was Tilford's brother, John Hogan. They are the sons of George Hogan and Sarah Owens who lived near Quincy, Adams County, Illinois.
Well, Dr Khrisvorkian's memo did request "something to knock her out."
Yes he was gentleman-like. It was Mrs. Gibson who replied on the intercome - she said "Mr. Stern says to give it to his lawyers", Mr. Pinder said that it had to be served on the person - not the lawyers.

Chloral Hydrate
The oldest of the hypnotic (sleep inducing} depressants, chloral hydrate was first synthesized in 1832. Marketed as syrups or soft gelatin capsules, chloral hydrate takes effect in a relatively short time (30 minutes) and will induce sleep in about an hour. A solution of chloral hydrate and alcohol constituted the infamous "knockout drops" or "Mickey Finn." At therapeutic doses, chloral hydrate has little effect on respiration and blood pressure; however; a toxic dose produces severe respiratory depression and very low blood pressure. Chronic use is associated with liver damage and a severe withdrawal syndrome. Although some physicians consider chloral hydrate to be the drug of choice for sedation of children before diagnostic, dental, or medical procedures, its general use as a hypnotic has declined. Chloral hydrate (Noctec® and other) and compounds, preparations, or mixtures containing choral hydrate are in Schedule IV of the CSA.

Why is Howard K. Stern still living in the home in the Bahamas that Anna Nicole Smith occupied right before she made her fateful trip to Florida? Anna, of course, would never return to that home as she died on the trip. Now it appears that her quasi husband Stern may be kicked to the curb. A report from Us Weekly magazine claims that G. Ben Thompson is so certain that Howard isn't Dannielynn's father that he's set to evict the lawyer. G. Ben Thompson bought the Horizons house in Smith's name with the understanding that the former playmate would eventually buy it. Of course she never did, and the debate was that the mansion was a gift.
When I said culpable too, I was including the brewing witch KE.
That's Pat O'Brien from The Insider, the sister show to ET. Yeah, in The Bahamas.
That's the fugly 1970s brown polyester housedress I can't stand. Dr KE got herself one very similar for Bahamas Anna-sitting.
ANS had that dress on in the video where she's just about to drop Dannielynn and can't take even baby steps without looking down to see where the ground is for the next step.
If she never woke up that morning....She would have been cold to the touch when they found her. Forget about the article, period.
Oh, that's right. I even knew that from online before I saw it. Duh on me.
