No need to go searching...just mentioned that the current CTV trial is speculating that the nurse knocked her husband out with chloral hydrate before shooting him. They said a normal dose is only detectable in the system for 4 minutes. If Anna was given a huge quanitity, enough to kill her, she must have died very soon after and then they must have still been able to detect it in her system.
Dr. Joshua Perper, the medical examiner for Broward County, Fla., and Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger said they will hold a joint news conference to discuss the cause of death.
The conference will take place at 10:30 a.m. EDT Monday outside the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office.
A spokesman for the Seminole Police Department, Gary Bitner, told TMZ the findings at Monday's news conference "are going to be a significant announcement."
"It continues to be a non-criminal, unexplained death," but Perper's findings "are going to provide some resolution" in Smith's death, Bitner told TMZ.

"What else was Anna Nicole Smith taking last winter, and who gave it to her?
Some of that was answered by our pal, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, on TV Monday night. This column had already reported that Dr. Eroshevich had ordered methadone, Dilaudid, Ativan, Dalmane and a British drug called Prexige, all muscle relaxers and painkillers, for Smith.
But the doctor volunteered some more info on TV. She added to the mix Paxil, Robaxin, Topamax, morphine, Cipro, Valium and chloral hydrate.
How she got it to the Bahamas and why she thought Anna Nicole needed all this remains Dr. Eroshevich's call. But she did say in her "exclusive" interview with "Entertainment Tonight" that she administered it all herself.
And what of these added drugs? Chloral hydrate, for example, is used by veterinarians to calm their patients. One description says: "An overdose is marked by confusion, convulsions, nausea and vomiting, severe drowsiness, slow and irregular breathing, cardiac arrhythmia and weakness. It may also cause liver damage. It is moderately addictive." Topamax is anti-convulsant. Valium and Paxil we know about.
Smith's toxicology report is taking a long time, and maybe now we know why. It should be interesting to see how much if any of this stuff turns up in her blood. No wonder she seemed so stoned during her "Entertainment Tonight" interviews right before her death. It's amazing that she was awake long enough to sign the releases."

Does that sentence read that KE or ANK "administered it all herself"?
I think that Perper wanted to hear Howard's/other testimony from the Inquest before he issued his report but decided that it might be construed that Howard/other testimony influenced his conclusions.
One thing for sure, whatever Perper found will have SOME influence on Howard's and KE's testimony.
What do you guys think? Should the results or the inquest come first?
What I find hard to believe is that she was in excruciating pain and didn't take any painkillers for it! She lived on painkillers - why would this be the one time in her life that no painkillers were found in her system?
And what about that shot of Demerol we heard about "2 minutes" before she died?
Then there's the fever developing on Monday night *after* she had gotten to FL. Her "personal consulting physician" who was accompanying her said that the fever spiked earlier in the evening on Monday so that "she was able to fly."
That same "physician" said that she never ran a fever again the rest of the week.
And this article claims that the cipro and OTC flu meds were given by those who were with her - NOT by the hotel house doctor, which is the story we've always been told. *Where* is that phantom doctor, anyway? Surely they don't mean KE.
So, she was much worse on Wednesday, when she begged KE not to leave - but KE did leave that afternoon. On Thursday, ANS apparently gave herself the chloral hydrate injection that actually killed her, if this article is to be believed.
Because everyone had gone off and left her and she just couldn't stand being alone without an audience for even a minute. Or ....
Thanks for the post from the Enquirer story - I tend to believe most of it. Dr. perper was right about the reason for Anna's death coming as a suprise - and about there being lessons - not to use dirty needles and to get to the hostpital when you are feeling that bad.
Now I still think Dr. E should be to blame too - she was with Anna and she ordered up the chloral hydrate.
Slap me across the face someone - I am starting to feel a bit for Howard the enabler. The way he kept saying - "I'm not a Dr." - maybe he thought that at least if there is this Dr. around in Anna's life all the time she'll be safer than if not. Someone (besides him) to know how much is too much - and what meds don't go together, and when it's serious enough to get Anna to the hospital against her wishes, etc.
I think Dr. E is stupid and evil - it makes me sick to think of her around that baby.
They want us to guess. I don't recall KE ever saying that she even got her hands on those drugs, much less administered them to ANS.
But then, ET did edit quite a bit out and skipped on to a later generalized discussion of the drugs by KE.
Bottom line: I don't know.
I think if the results are not 100% conclusive as to why she died then the inquest should go first.
If there is any suspicion of these bumbling idiots whose care ANS was in then they should not have any help from the coroner's thoughts and conclusions before they testify.
The autopsy found her liver was enlarged, but no more than 20 percent above normal. "Her heart was normal in size but there are minute findings of changes in color."

That's a long time for her to be asleep without anyone checking on her.............since they appeared to always be checking her for many months according to friends interviews.........Howard was always there!

You're right about ET and I don't think ET is going to say much of anything that would 'indict' KE or HKS.
It sounds to me like KE must have gotten the CH somehow and it was a new script for Anna. And somehow there was enough of it in ANS system that it not only killed her, but was still detectable. I haven't been following the timeline on that day...but I suspect that she died very soon following the CH and that because she was so ill, someone else administered it. Someone wanted her to sleep, permanently, used a drug that, if administered properly would be undetectable, and then left her to die, IMO.
Howard K. Stern is so clearly not the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, according to the owner of the house where Anna Nicole stayed in the Bahamas, that he's being evicted from the estate.
South Carolina businessman G. Ben Thompson bought the house in Smith's name, with the understanding that Smith would buy it from him down the road. However, says Thompson to Access Hollywood (via Us), "We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass [the DNA test] in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child" – and so Thompson's going to serve him with an eviction notice.

And I just re-read and saw that chloral hydrate was "ingested" by ANS, not injected, as I thought I read.
Yeah, the "House Doctor" Eroshevich - all of them had been lying to us all along, if any of this is true. Which, of course, we don't know yet.
