Thread Number Two
The LE in Florida never got the opportunity to talk with either King or Brigitte while details were fresh in their minds?? Is that correct??
Do we have Brigitte's interview someplace?? Was there an interview with King at all??
Probably. Speaking of Mr and Mrs T-spa...where are they hiding? Guess all the publicity wasn't helping sales of their product much. Had to get out of the limelight. Keep the word "Trimspa" off the newspaper pages.
What did Howard say on the way out that made Mo call Taz?? What made the lightbulb go off?
Now that's interesting.
Remember Gina Shelley said that Anna didn't take any drugs (except the seizure meds) when she was with her. If that's true then Anna was capable of being sober for 6 weeks. We know that whenever Anna appeared publicly she was wasted (except at the Supreme Court). Maybe she wasn't really a bona fide addict. Maybe HKS was feeding her the drugs for public appearances to make it look like she was an addict. Maybe she was nervous in public and he said "take this. it'll relax you" when she made public appearances. Surely she didn't want to make a fool of herself the way she did in public.
What did Trendy say about her drug usage at home? I forget now. Wasn't it something like "i never saw her "take" drugs. Which is different than he never saw her wasted.
The woman who made the affidavit did say she used drugs but that doesn't mean she was an addict necessarily.
Guess the point is that HKS wanted her to appear an addict for sure. That would make an OD seem so much more explainable.
There's not one "normal" person that would say that unless they wanted to demean that person to the greatest extent.
Remember that in eliminating Larry from Anna's life, he also eliminated her photographer. I wonder if Larry was eliminated as her photographer at the time that the Kapoor/Anna picture was taken? Who took THAT picture and when?? Was the release of that picture "notice" that Kapoor was also subject to Blackmail...just like Gibson???
Note: In the written part of the story on the website, Tas mentions beint there 'with a friend'. But she makes no mention of 'friend' in the recorded interview.
"Fighting back tears, she asks that we use only her first name -- TAZ. She's the wife of ANNA NICOLE SMITH's bodyguard "BIG MOE" and a registered nurse. In an exclusive "Insider" interview, Taz tells us she was the one who first discovered Anna motionless under the covers and tried to revive her.
"All I knew was that I had to do something to save her. I had to breathe for her, and I tried," Taz says emotionally.
Taz tells "The Insider" that her husband had asked her to watch over Anna in her Florida hotel room as he and HOWARD K. STERN went to pick up Anna Nicole's boat.
"She didn't need supervision," Taz clarifies. "[Moe and Howard] just wanted to leave someone there in case she would wake up and neither one of them were there. I would be sitting in the room and I could tell her ... 'Moe had to run an errand and Howard went to get your boat.'"
But Taz says that she and a friend sitting with her soon realized things were not right with Anna Nicole.

Transcript of The Insider interview with Tasma Brighthapt

21 Feb 2007
Part 1
Tas: Her mouth was open, and there was just no, no, no movement. And I said to him, You need to get back here right now. I dont like what I see. Anna is not responding to me. Call 911 and get back here.
Clip from the 911: recording previously released: If you could please respond to the Hard Rock . Room 607.
Tas: I gave her two breaths, they didnt go in.
Interviewer: You tried to save her life.
Tas: I tried to save Annas life.
Voiceover: For several agonizing minutes, Tas tried to resuscitate Anna before Moe burst into the room.
Int: What did Moe say when he got to the room?
Tas: He screamed at me. He said, Is there any reason why Annas still on the bed? How could you do CPR on the bed? I said, I cant get her on the floor. I said, Can I help you? No, back away, Let me do this. I have to save Anna
Int: What, in your opinion, killed Anna Nicole?
Tas: I have no opinion, and you know why? Because Im a registered nurse and thats out of my scope of practice. But you know one day, after the medical examiner is done with his examination, the world is going find out what killed Anna. Its gonna come from him.
Int: That toxicology report?
Tas: Its gonna show everything. Everything. This could be the smoking gun.
Int: Did Anna Nicole commit suicide?
Tas: I dont know. I dont know.
Int: Were there any drugs, illegal or prescription in the room at that time?
Tas: There was a bottle of antibiotics on the table. Thats all I saw.
Int: Other than that, nothing.
Tas: Nothing.

Part 2
Re-enactment
Int: This is the most shocking thing Ive heard in this investigation.
Voiceover: And youll hear why in a minute, from Tas, the nurse, whos re-enacting how she found a lifeless Anna Nicole, who she thought was just asleep.
Tas: And I went over, and I looked at her, and I was like Oh my God.
VO: Tas knew something was terribly wrong.
Tas: No breathing, no anything. So what I did was I turned her over and I shook her, and I said, Anna, Anna are you awake? Anna, Anna wake up.
VO: And when Anna didnt wake up, the registered nurse started CPR, but instead of calling 911, she called her husband, Moe, the bodyguard.
Tas: Call 911, and come right away. Somethings wrong with Anna.
Int: Did the emergency crews respond?
Tas: No, he got there first.
Int: He got there first?
Tas: He got there before they did. And thats what I dont understand what all the big hoopla is about why didnt you call 911? I knew he would get there before 911, because he was not that far away.
VO: But before Moe could get there, Tas tells us about her terrifying moments alone with Anna.
Tas: I looked in her mouth, and her tongue was like stuck to the roof of her head. I had to pretty much pry it down.
Int: And then when Moe entered the room, he took her body and lifted her out of the bed.
Tas: Uh huh, lifted her like this both hands under here and onto the floor. And went to do CPR. Thats the last time I saw Anna Nicole Smith alive.
VO: But the most shocking thing, Anna could have died while on Tas watch or she could have passed away hours before.
Int: She could already have been dead, before you ever even got there.
Tas: She could have. She could have.
I'd posted them to the first thread. Do you want 'em again?
1:36 Taz calls Moe (LIE - HKS has already been notified)
1:37 LIE - Moe cals HKS - not possible there is not enough time for HKS to get to hotel in ten minutes when he is observed in the room and is calling Christine at sometime around 1:48
I think all these events take place at aboutbefore and around 1:15 - not at 1:30 and later.
Are Taz and Moe so ignorant that they don't know cell phone call times are traceable? It had to have been HKS who told them to lie about the times. If HKS had nothing to hide, and he got that call at 1:15, he would've called 911 immediately. OK, i'm getting it now.
Question about this omelet...why didn't Dr. Pepper find traces of it in her stomach at autopsy? When someone dies all of their bio processes permanently cease including digestion. So if ANS ate an omelet around 11:00 am or so, shouldn't some of it still be in her stomach around 1:00 pm when she died? I thought Dr. Pepper said her stomach was empty.
Add to that, Anna "wouldn't have wanted" him to say that about her.
In the Insider interview I just transcribed, Tas says that she didn't call 911, because she knew Moe could respond faster.....because he was not that far away. Now how can that fit the timeline?
I vaguely recall Perper saying her stomach was empty too. But where did the omelette story come from? Moe the liar? HKS the liar?
What I'm trying to assess is whether Brigitte was complicit with Howard's plan or was given "watch duty" over an already dead body".
The omelette story came from Dr. Kris Eroshevich.
Int: That toxicology report?
Tas: Its gonna show everything. Everything. This could be the smoking gun.
----
That's a very interesting statement.
Why would she use the phrase "the smoking gun?"
To me, that sounds like a reference to a crime.
Why not say "that could give the answer" or something less ominous sounding?
Did Tas already have suspicions about Anna being in danger?
LOL, it's that funny shaped thing, gathering dust in the laundry room :-D
