It hit me strange that according to her, Anna was well enough to be up and feeling well enough for an omelet

Question about this omelet...why didn't Dr. Pepper find traces of it in her stomach at autopsy? When someone dies all of their bio processes permanently cease including digestion. So if ANS ate an omelet around 11:00 am or so, shouldn't some of it still be in her stomach around 1:00 pm when she died? I thought Dr. Pepper said her stomach was empty.

What (or Who) Killed Anna Nicole Smith?

Anna Nicole Smith died in early February. Over a month later police and the medical examiner in the case have yet to release the cause of death. That, combined with the fact of some sort of 'spectacular new evidence' that has reportedly shook loose in the case has pundits and celeb watchers waiting and wondering what (or who) killed Anna Nicole. The Nightly entertainment and news show Access Hollywood reports that we're still at least a week away from the autopsy and toxicology results that could answer the question.

The program's newsroom notes that calls to the FBI and the DEA over the past several days yielded non-answers and non-comments. Police seem to be determined to take their time before divulging anything.

A report online details: The ever-cryptic Seminole Police Department (they're in charge of the probe) say the delay in the release of the results has been caused by the gathering of information and that we shouldn't read anything special into that. They also say this probe is not criminal, not now anyway. The Bahamian Police acknowledged to Access Hollywood that chief Charlie Tiger from Seminole PD had been there but they say there has been no contact with our Federal authorities.

I don't know nothing about no omelet.

Yesterday was the first time I heard about the omelet.

Reading Moe's interview with Greta Van Susteran about the going ons of the morning of ANS's death, I get the impression that ANS did not even have breakfast, was in bed sleeping with the exception of when Moe stuck his head in ANS/HKS bedroom and states that ANS moved.

I don't recall reading or hearing that ANS, nor HKS had breakfast that morning.

Good question concerning Anna's stomach being empty according to Dr Perper. If she ate an omelet earlier, as Dr Kris has said, then what time and is there a record of room service for an omelet?
