Did you see Christmas w/the Kranks? Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis play the parents...it is spot on w/Grisham's book. Allen does a scene were he gets botox, and then goes to eat lunch w/JL Curtis (she plays his wife). It was hysterical...I laughed so hard...then I thought, how di
d Jamie Lee Curtis not fall off her chair? Too funny.

That movie was hysterical!! When the food dribbled out of his mouth, LMAO!! That was the closest to the book I've seen in a movie.

Good morning FWI,
I had a poodle growing up and she did the same thing, it was really only when she was super excited...I miss the old thing your post brought her back to me for a moment...and I had to laugh...she was really fast! Otherwise, she was calmer and even sulked when sad. We just thought it was her personality.
I would imagine training could help , we just let "missy" do her thing...it never really hurt anything. Anyway, I think it is normal, at least for some poodles, at times they feel really happy.
Have a great day!

ANS also told Larry King that there was no relationship. And a commitment ceremony is meaningless, like something out of high school where there are or at least used to be commitment rings. You can have one with your pet or pet rock.

That's why food processors were invented! You wouldn't believe the things I slip into food(nutrition wise). I'm such a sneak :)

ME TOO!! I have this recipe I invented for the kids called "Swamp Lasagna", Princess Fiona gave me the recipe *wink wink*. You take frozen chopped spinach and thaw it without cooking. Then you put cooked noodles, sauce, cheese and spinach in the layers and just warm to melt the cheese in the oven (that way the spinach doesn't 'cook', it has a much stronger flavor cooked over raw) and it looks all swampy. They have no idea they are eating spinach!

And also, squash has the same texture of spaghetti, so I boil sliced sqaush with the noodles and they have no idea they are eating sqaush mixed in their spaghetti.

Mornin ACR!

ET is once again, using interviews done with the "players" (Birkhead, Ford Shelly, G. Ben Thompson) months ago and taking their quotes out of context. Last night the new ET tactic is to lay foundation for Daniel to have "stolen" his mother's meds. Howard is getting very desperate. And he's taking a lot of people, and their reputations.......with him.

Yeah, HKS lulled ET over and now they're stuck. How in the He!! are they gonna get their "reputation" back? Whatever that was in the first place (i dunno. don't watch that crap). ET is in this too deep and someone from ET is going to have to testify at the trial. Someone has to tell the story about how the contract was arranged and when? What kind of things did HKS ask them to do wrt Annas funeral? ET is between a rock and a hard place.

Fingers not working - eating and typing:(

Missed copying this from the transcript:

HKS: Because her son had just passed away, and we didn’t want to give any perception that we were trying to hide any wrongdoing.

Seidlin: Wrongdoing because there were questions about the uh the issue of his death?

HKS: Well, there were questions by an initial coroner, at the time.

Commitment ceremonies mean a lot to California folks. I'll bet Howard and Anna went to a few of them given the crowd they hung with.

Remember, the real objection to commitment ceremonies is the "gay" thing not the license.

The license is mere evidence. But hell, Howard has a damn video that says MORE then any license.

I think ET is going to wind up in court, too and they might be asked to produce unedited tapes.

>>>I wonder what Baptist Minister performed the 'committment ceremony'?? Have you seen any pictures from that 'event'? ANS looked even more out of it than usual....either that, or some blind person did her makeup!!>>>

It didn't even look like ANS to me. Either that or she gained a whole buncha weight in three weeks! I mean she was thin in the hospital holding Dannielynn with Danial and three weeks later she looks like she gained 50 lbs. It takes alot for that much weight to show in a nearly l6 foot tall woman. Not to mention the garish makeup and hair. Like if we pile enough make up on her, she'll resemble ANS. I could be wrong though.

I want to know - is 5 mos old too early to train poodles to not do this and also to walk with my dad by his side instead of running forward, sideways, and backwards?

Maybe there is a PUPPY CLASS available in your dad's area to learn some basics. I've had two Poodles, and they are very smart, but they need to grow out of the puppy stage to really be able to concentrate. He could put up gates to keep them out of certain areas until they can focus more...

No, you are not stupid - dogs need trained in what is acceptable and not acceptable. I have a 100 pound Doberman I got from Dobie Rescue - apparently his first owner thought that that kind of behavior was "cute" too. I still can't keep him off the couch (or my lap) but at least I've trained him not to "jump" on anyone.

Morning Sac!

I'm not too good at the timeline, but is it possible that Howard administered the drug to Daniel before he went to Wendys/gas station? Like maybe he could've done it at a point in which Anna had dozed off and only the two of them were awake. Gave him a drink of some kind. Then he went to Wendys/gas station expecting Daniel to be dead by the time he got back. Just like how he left Anna alone and was MIA from the scene when she died.

Or maybe, although less likely, he could've given something to Daniel in the car on the way from the airport. Something that would take a few hours to kill him.

Does this in anyway conflict with the timeline?

The good thing....(I think). Moe was on the boat at the marriage ceremony.

I do think Mo and Anna were close. I do think he was watchful and kind and has now figured Howard out....just like the Shelleys, the Thompsons, the Gibsons, Kapoor....

There's only one person left and that's KE...and Howard has already attacked her with his "I'm not a doctor" statement.

Howard can say all kinds of things that "Anna said" now that she's not here to confirm or contradict

It's all hearsay is it not? The REAL judge will not abide that unless HKS has witnesses to corroborate those statements. Am i correct on the law here?

Yes, it's everywhere: "Eroshevich was with Smith through her pregnancy in the Bahamas, the birth of her daughter and death of her son Daniel."

So the night Daniel arrives in the Bahamas, KE stays all by her lonesome at the Horizons while everyone else is at the hospital. I don't think so ....

I'd like to see her tax records. Was she on Anna's payroll too? What income did she have after she was terminated from her job in July for farming out her work to other MDs?

I think HKS and KE were partners in planning the death of Anna. And I think Anna might have overheard them when they were talking together. That would explain why she asked FS to take her computers in the event of her death.

re: Methadone
Years ago I lived in an area that had a meth clinic. The meth was distributed to the junkies in liquid form, in orange juice. The staff did not watch the junkies take the meth. More often than not the junkies sold the meth to guys waiting outside the clinic. I had a good friend who was one of those guys. He drink it and be in a stupor all day. One day he killed himself and a couple in another car while in that sate.

Does Wendys make Milkshakes?

Not sure about milkshakes but Wendy's has those really really thick malted chocolate things that you need a spoon to eat. The stuff won't go thru a straw. But they're like milkshakes.
