MARITAL PRIVILEDGE. Meaning they can't testify against each other if they are married. So he is saying it was bad advice that they not get legally married?

Today he was ordered by a Bahamian judge to stay on the island. (this was a new order by the courts - there already one on the baby not to leave the island but Stern in the past could come and go off the island as he pleased - but a judge put a stop to that today.)

WOW! That's hugh. HKS ordered not to leave the island! Whoa!

That counsel has to be Michael Scott. He resigned about 2 weeks after Daniel died citing differences with HOWARD.

Scott has also said that Anna refused 4 TIMES to sign the mortgage papers for the Horizon.

I believe Anna thought they were REALLY married...since there was a minister not just a JP.

So now Anna thinks he can't testify against her in any way...(doing drugs, etc) and she wouldn't lose the baby.

Remember, Howard has Attorney/Client privilege all the way (as stated along with the "marriage" info....And everything he says, does, implies, videos is anti-Anna.

There's a hidden player in this...The person who went after the Bahama people to have that Inquest looked at again...and moved the date. I thought it was Howard at first but now think it might be Michael Scott who said: Hey, something is VERY wrong here.

It could also be that Daniel took them and disposed of them thinking he could get her off the dope.

Howard had Attorney/Client privilege 24/7. The marriage was to convince Anna that HE wouldn't/couldn't testify against her. Howard AND KE had convinced Anna that SHE might be charged in Daniel's death and lose Dannie Lynn.

Those two "Best friends" sure did a number on her.

I am not convinced that Barth has made her point. She has not provided proof of HK$' fitness to nurture or raise a child.

did you catch Barfbag on Crier yesterday. Crier asked her what is her response to HKS having some complicity in Anna's death. All she did was go on about all the other people who were complicit. Get this: she says Larry Birkhead should've done something about the duffel bag of drugs when Anna was being detoxed. Not a word about HKS shouldn't have ADMINISTERED the drugs, but just that Larry should've done something. Crier ripped her up one side and down the other. She never did answer Criers original question although Crier repeated the question many times. And Crier called her on not answering the question and said that everyone can see thru what you're doing.

I thought I heard Pinder say that they were going to be treating HKS as a trespasser. Wouldn't that mean they could have law enforcement go in and forcibly remove him? Maybe waiting until custody for DL is given to LB? I believe he said it on Greta...anyone else hear that?

There's a HUGE difference between coincidence and "pattern".

Remember the time between "Last seen alive and Time of death" is the same, too.

I think they have KE and Howard nailed for Negligent Homicide. They want the testimony at the inquest to be the "Power Hammer" to go for pre-meditated.

You know what this saga reminds me of? The Queen Elizabeth I and Robert Dudley. Robert Dudley was a favorite at court and would even present himself as the Queen's Consort and he was married. It was a total scandal back in that day and his wife was not allowed at court while he was with the Queen in her chambers alone, spending time riding and so on. Well, his wife ends up dead, suspiciously (fell down 6 stairs and supposedly broke her neck. On SIX stairs) and because of the scandal, he was never allowed to marry her. Of course she never married and he ended up marrying her niece (who looked ALOT like Queen Elizabeth), but he reminds me of HKS. He was her 'servant' and all for HER, but yet he had his own ambitions in mind.

Just a thought.
