Yeah, they get NG, but I missed her last night. I am here babysitting a four YO, 3 YO and a 7 month old while mom goes on a much needed cruise. Dad stayed here to work but is home at night - lotta help he and Papaw are. LOLL

After months and months...why would they wait until April 3rd. Heard Opri say last night that the test takes only 24 hours. Besides...it now sounds like HKS and baby DL may be homeless if BT has his way with the eviction.
Every day Larry has to spend apart from that baby is surely torture for him already, especially will be knowing a test that proves his paternity is locked up somewhere!
LOLL I am not sure. They are going to have all the cookies and pudding they need for a year. LOLL Bought them a big swing set this trip to get the older ones out of my hair. Oldest boy who we call Bubby (Marshal Tucker) lubs his Mamaw - a lot. Papaw just has to take care of the horses - MUCH EASIER. LOLL
Believe they are timing this entire drama with the DNA, the inquest and maybe even a surprise or two.

Maybe...but if they have even a remote belief that HKS may have had something to do with the deaths of Anna and Daniel, how could they leave DL with him even one extra day if they have proof that Larry is the true father.
Heaven forbid something happens to that baby. Who knows how desperate HKS is...kind of creepy all the talk of burial plots for four. If he is as obsessed with Anna as he seems...once her money and baby seem to be lost, who knows what he might do to unite them all once again.

Not sure-one of the news channels this am.
She looked up and caught a glimpse of HKS- she thought he was alone in the car-which was what shocked her.
The baby was in the back -with the sun shining in on her.
The car looked to be an older small sedan, which he drove partly on the grass curb area after backing out of his driveway.
If the curb had been concrete, he would have bumped up on the curb , which is why she thought he was an inexperienced driver.
I also bet the car is borrowed from one of the entourage-he probably didn't want to be seen taking the baby to the doctor in a limo.
They tried to contact her, and Stern prevented it. I don't know how many sources you need. We now have Virgie, the private eye that Daniel spoke to and ANS's father, ALL SAY THE SAME THING.
The only source you would want to hear from is Stern, and he's a proven liar.
Don't you think Mrs. Gibson can be trusted? I know what you're saying, but believe the "powers that be" are beging very careful to take the correct steps to resolve the matter without any "blowback".
I googled: "Anna Nicole Smith", will, law......and went to the FindLaw site which I often use.
1. There is a Section on Insurance listed on the Contents Page under article 4.
However, I can't find it in the text and the documents are marked sequentially. There appears to be a page missing and the whole of the matter is INSURANCE.
I browsed through the pages. I noticed that it is not until the LAST page that Howard is appointed as Daniel's guardian. I found that strange because it is a Primary Consideration.
I also noticed that it is signed by Vicki Lynn Marshall BUT there is neither a date or the signature of witnesses.
I believe the statement that anyone who protests the will is automatically a loser (also near the end). I don't think that could EVER hold up.
I suppose they could have blanked out the witness names so it wasn't available to the public....but the date?????(Unless I missed it)
If someone has this from another site, will you check into it. I'm an old mathematician and not a verbal person.
Would Anna really give Howard Guardianship in 2001?? That doesn't really make a lot of sense to me somehow.....A man??? Not KE or her Aunt??? Or is it that you have to ask someone if they are willing to be a guardian...and Howard wasn't going to let that happen.
Well, also in the Bahamas the driver is seated on the right side of the car, just as in Britain. So, maybe that's part of his hitting the curb. I'd probably do the same thing.
No that I like HKS, but I'll cut him some slack on his driving.
