Have any of you seen the March 12 issue of Globe Mag. - the one with the internet conversation between HotSmoochieLips and Mitchelljameso?
For what it's worth - In it Anna is asking the other person to hook her up with some pills - like maybe she didn't have any? This conversation was in April - that would be about 5 months from the birth of Dannielynn - maybe she wasn't on methodone then?
I did hear him say that, and also Howard said they'd tried, as well. The whole family situation is just sad. No one was close, for whatever reasons.

Court TV....testing on DL has been done. Swab is now bound for US..tested in Ohio..sealed until April 3rd.
No HKS appeal filed, however, sources said yesterday an appeal would be filed.
An attorney said, yeterday, that the PI's conversation with Daniel would be allowed into evidence since Daniel is dead, it has to do with a dead person's declaration.
It stinks!!! Why must they wait until April 3rd.
Ok...house developments...Thompson is asking to file summons for eviction of HKS. Sooner vs later. A hearing would then be scheduled.

DNA expert in Anna Nicole case

FAIRFIELD - A local DNA expert has landed in the middle of the Anna Nicole Smith case.
Dr. Michael Baird of Fairfield, a renowned DNA expert at DNA Diagnostics Center in Fairfield, is on his way to Nassau, Bahamas, to take a DNA sample from the six-month-old daughter of the late pinup model and actress, according to Court TV's website.
The center in Fairfield is one of the largest private DNA testing laboratories in the world, its website states.
On Tuesday, a Bahamian judge ordered a DNA test on Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, to identify the girl's father. It was the latest chapter in a bitter custody feud sparked by Smith's death last month.
A court order prevents DNA Diagnostics Center and Dr. Baird from commenting on the case, said Jim Hanigan, DDC's communications director.
