I can see where the will might be "contested" on the grounds of Howards "undue influence" and "coercion", since Anna was under the influence of drugs and totally dependent upon Howard, who was in a position of "trust". He clearly took advantage of that.

It's strange tho. Anna did the same thing with the old man. She took advantage of him, as well.

Here's one for yah - my daughter was 11 and my son was 5 -daughter had just gotten out of the tub - son was in a hurry to get in the tub. He happened to ask his sister when she was going to get "boobs". She got extremely embarrassed and said "I don't know - I'll just have to wait and see." He then asked "do you think you'll have to wait as long as Mommy's been waiting?"

Tex....The last call...."I called in the morning, too. I never dreamed (she'd died). That call would have to be just after Mo had seen Anna moving around...10:00+- so it could be verified.. No one saw her alive between 10:00 and the time Howard left the hotel. He told everyone she was sleeping, spent a few minutes in "the room next door" then positioned Taz and Brigitte where he wanted them. I don't believe that Taz was as near to Anna as we think she was. Howard leaves. She's already been dead for one hour. Checking her carotid artery was his last confirmation. (KE had taught him that because her breathing would have become sooooo shallow, it would have been almost undetectable.)

It still bothers me that Howard said that he went right for the carotid artery for Daniel. Why that....Shake him...Call his name..."Daniel, Daniel...Come on kid...Wake up".

Going to do a little research on the carotid artery.

Anna died of a bad case of Karma.
That's what fascinates me about this case.
J. Howard Marshall dies and she and her son go at it. She fights for his body and then when she gets half leaves it in a funeral home. Pierce Marshall dies and a few months later her own son dies. He ends up being stuck in a funeral home while she's out getting high and getting faux married. She sells the footage of his funeral video but instead of using the money to help pay off her mortgage she buys a boat and a 10K ring. She ends up dead in Florida and her body is on ice for 3 weeks. Her will is a joke and will probably be contested. I think she's paid her karmic debt to J. Howard. Now he can look at the "rosebuds" for all eternity.

Was Anna Nicole About to Change Her Will?

TMZ has obtained the cover sheet to a fax, sent six days before Anna Nicole Smith died, and it raises questions about Anna Nicole's intent to change her will.

The cover sheet shows the fax was sent on 02/03/2007 at 02:18. The fax contained the existing will of Anna Nicole. It lists a phone number with the initials RAR -- we believe that to be Ron A. Rale, Howard Stern's lawyer. It is unknown to whom the fax was sent, but as far as TMZ knows, Rale's only connection to Smith was Howard K. Stern.

We know Stern was concerned for Smith's well-being. TMZ has obtained a statement from Smith's former nanny in which she alleged Smith tried to take her life twice after Daniel died. Under the will, Stern was not protected. Daniel was the only beneficiary with Stern as trustee. As a result, Smith's infant daughter would inherit her mom's property outside the will, and unless Stern could prove he was the father, he would probably lose his claim to serve as trustee.

There's a serious question as to whether Smith was even mentally capable of changing her will. There is evidence she was on methadone, and video several months earlier shows she was almost incapable of functioning. Indeed, even on a segment of "Entertainment Tonight" that aired just days before her death, Smith seemed out of it.

The question -- was Stern in the process of changing Anna's will just before she died? And if so, is this an acknowledgement by Stern that Daniel's death derailed his position? Stay tuned.

My daughter was 18 months old and every time my mother would come over to visit, she would push her down on the couch and take her shoes off. We thought 'ya little freak!' and laughed until we realized that when Mamaw took off her shoes, she was staying for a long visit. So in my baby's way, she was demanding she stay for a while. Anna Nicole Smith Ex Larry Birkhead 'Rested & Ready' for Testing

He was once the boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith. According to his testimony in a Florida courtroom, when Anna Nicole found out that she was pregnant with Dannielynn Hope she told photographer Larry Birkhead that he was the father. Birkhead noted that they later had a falling out, and that Smith eventually found her way to the Bahamas. It was there that tragedy struck. She gave birth to a baby girl, but just days later would lose her son. Daniel Wayne Smith died under what many are calling suspicious circumstances on the island. Months later, Anna would also perish on a trip to Florida. Now the battle is on to find out who is the biological father of the baby.


Anna Nicole Smith Ex Larry Birkhead 'Rested & Ready' for Testing

Last week reports slammed in from the Bahamas saying that a judge would now order DNA testing (and it is about time) and Birkhead says he is tanned, rested and ready. Nightly news entertainment show Access Hollywood reports that Birkhead could neither confirm nor deny the judge’s decision, he was clearly overjoyed immediately following the hearing last week.

In an interview he divulged: “April will be like the greatest month of my life, I’m hoping. I mean, you never know. You just hope for the best and I’m pleased with what I heard today and I’ll stay as long as I have to stay to get done what I need to get done,” Birkhead explained. “Tuesday’s the day,” Birkhead replied

“Will you be able to sleep at all the next couple of nights, or will you sleep soundly now maybe?” Access Hollywood's Tony Potts asked the likely father.

“I think I might get a little more sleep,” Birkhead sighed with a smile. “It’s getting a little bit better as each day as things become more positive and you have more time to deal with grief and things like that, so you know, I hope so.”
