I can see where the will might be "contested" on the grounds of Howards "undue influence" and "coercion", since Anna was under the influence of drugs and totally dependent upon Howard, who was in a position of "trust". He clearly took advantage of that.
It's strange tho. Anna did the same thing with the old man. She took advantage of him, as well.

Anna died of a bad case of Karma.
That's what fascinates me about this case.
J. Howard Marshall dies and she and her son go at it. She fights for his body and then when she gets half leaves it in a funeral home. Pierce Marshall dies and a few months later her own son dies. He ends up being stuck in a funeral home while she's out getting high and getting faux married. She sells the footage of his funeral video but instead of using the money to help pay off her mortgage she buys a boat and a 10K ring. She ends up dead in Florida and her body is on ice for 3 weeks. Her will is a joke and will probably be contested. I think she's paid her karmic debt to J. Howard. Now he can look at the "rosebuds" for all eternity.
