So, if the judge orders a DNA and there are no HK$' attorneys or HK$ himself in the courtroom - we have to wait for a warrant to be served?

His attorneys are there....just not the Goat. Hopefully, LB and his Bahama attorneys were having the house under observation....I can't think of a legitimate reason why Goat would be absent from court.

Just got here - am 500 posts behind in reading, so am not up to speed this afternoon - but do know what's been going on from various sources.
FWIW, I have updated the Pharmaceuticals section of the Name List to include the KE "Rx Wish List" drugs and can post shortly or whenever the court brouhaha in Bahamas is over with.
Mark Bain is the one who was on FOX one night saying he had asked Birkhead if he could represent him and LB said no. Everyone who saw him liked him a lot. He's on the list I did - I couldn't figure out if he was Canadian or from Alabama - two attys named Mark Bain. If being let in today, he's prolly the Cdn one.
Umm, Eroshevich, I did finally pin down as living 2 doors or maybe next door to ANS in Studio City. KE had a Beverly Hills address, but I found another one on Avenida del Sol that's just 10 numbers different from ANS's - but they're built like two homes to one large lot, so I think they're next door to each other - like "Kris" the neighbor on ANS's TV show was "next door" - I think she really is.
What I don't know is whether she moved there after knowing ANS and wanting to be neighbors with each other. She said on ET that they only became "inseparable" after Daniel died. She is older than Virgie, I believe.
I am having other thoughts about this today, lol.
I don't know what it is - it like a sonic boom - there is nothing around here that would cause it. It has happened one more time since my last post. It shakes the house.
I thought it was a auto accident at first down the road. I live out on a very long road that is a farm road. Speed limit is unmarked so it at 55mph but the road is narrow, hilly and curvy but most people do about 65mph on it. The Amish dude down the road had passed my house earlier in his horse and buggy (he was going into to town) and I always worry that someone is going to take him out on this road and that was my first thought when I heard it the first time.
A combine just went past the house - put that is not it. No sirens yet.
Hell I don't know... going back out to look around.

FWIW when I lived in California we used to get some earthquakes that made a loud boom and would give one big shake to the house like someone hit it. Not like shake rattle and roll.
Was it Kuby or Mark Bain that said HKS was a barnacle, following ANS to the Bahamas?

Oh, so I take it Bain is not in The Bahamas, i.e., not representing LB in anything today?
