But whose business is it to contract away what is rightfully Dannielynn's? The rights to the fruits of her mother's estate should be hers, not LB's or HKS's. I think a responsible and impartial GAL should be appointed to DL to protect her and her $$$ from all of these lunatics.
Of course, who's to say she'd be better of with all that money anyway. But still, this doesn't seem right.

Opri Rale and Ford Shelley On Greta Tonight

Attorney's Ron Rale and Debra Opri were guests on Greta Van Susteren's On The Record tonight but another of Greta's guests is the one whose interview will start uproar again.
Rale stated that there are no life insurance policies. Hope that will stop the discussion on that subject.
Opri said that court in the Bahamas over the paternity will proceed on March 16th.
This is Fox News so take what is said with a grain of salt. Ford Shelley still has a legal dispute with Howard..
Ford Shelley told Greta that he and Larry and Howard met in a hotel room and that when Howard first started talking, he told Larry "I want you to see your daughter". Shelley said that Howard later told Larry that Dannielynn was born two weeks early so it still stands that either man could be Dannielynns father.
Ford Shelley and his wife Gina Shelley said that they would have liked to attend Anna Nicoles funeral and were initially invited but Howard told them that he was afraid that Shelley might get arrested. Shelley then stated that he wanted to go anyway but Howard told him there was not enough room. Shelley said they later learned there was plenty of room at the service.
So its looking like attempts at negotiation have failed which is too bad. Ron Rale told Greta that Howard hoped that everything could be worked out with the lawyers but attorneys for Birkhead would not let that happen. Opri said that is not how it went.
Greta offered to mediate the situation and find a DNA specialist that both parties could agree on.

I just notice that the photo of baby Dannielynn looking at the camera from the shoulder of momma Anna, while Anna is in profile. (Star Magazine cover for March 19th issue) The baby looks kinda a lot like Thompson.
This latest twist of Deb Opri quitting is not feeling like it is a good thing for LB.
This whole fiasco is going to drag out longer than the Natalee Holloway thing. AND there comes a point where the public has had enough of this foolishness.
If a paternity DNA test is not ordered, then it will go on forever..That said, I won't be able to take this nonsense much longer..

Seems HK$ just wants to stay executer so he can control the money. Especially, if there is a settlement in the Marshall case. He'll make a tidy sum of money just being executer. He can sell all things Anna....put it in trust for DL and make a nice living.

The Thompson family have done a 180 on certain issues.
At the very beginning they helped Anna get outta Dodge and obtain the Bahama house...reason? To avoid Larry?????
Then, when Anna made some cryptic comment about DL being Gina Shelley's sister and GB Thompson's child - their friendship began to deteriorate toward Anna and improved toward Larry.
Gina has since been adamant that Larry Birkhead is the father - that GB Thompson had a vasectomy - that Anna had medications - but they never saw her dopey.
Gina took Greta on a tour of the Myrtle Beach house and could not definitively say that Larry did or did not visit Anna during December 2005.
I just wanted to believe the Thompsons - but hey - a $900k house for an intermittent friend? There's room for belief suspension.
If my memory of these events is off - please let me know - some of you are so much better at these reviews.
And one of the Dem questioners looked and sounded like HKS!!

They did this and she ignored it at least 1 time and possibly 2 times.
What gets me is that if someone else violated the court order they would be hauled into court or an arrest warrant would issue for contempt of court. They should have taken action against her while she was still in the USA.
Would be nice if HKS, now the self-described executor of her estate, standing in her shoes, could be held in contempt of court and hauled in as well. Someone should be held responsible for the deliberate circumvention of the court order. Not holding breath.
