Yes I was so very fortunate to work for them once in awhile in the early to mid nineties. Both very very nice down to earth people and extremely kind to everyone!

I had some good times there and met some very interesting people that’s for sure.

They didn’t have any money. They needed money for DS’ funeral, maybe drugs, and a new house. What will the media pay lots of $ for? Pics of a birth, pics of a wedding. They sold pics of DL and DS. Maybe at the time Michael Scott advised against a legal marriage because of upcoming scheduled inquest for Oct. 23, so they hatched an alternative plan - the “commitment ceremony.” Vows, promise rings, a wedding gown. Media still pays the $.

There was a lot of sh** going on at the time - they weren't making the best choices (understatement)...

Sep 7 2006 – DL born

Sep 9 2006 – DS arrives in Bahamas from CA. Picked up from airport and taken to hospital by HKS.

Sep 10 2006 – DS dies

Sep 11 2006 - Letter from the Director of Immigration, addressed to Ms Ferguson at Callenders, advised her that the permit for Mrs Vickie Lynn Marshall (Ms Smith) for residence had been approved without the right to work. (however, Callenders didn’t actually receive letter until Oct 9) Sep 13 2006 – Bahamas Coroner Linda Virgill announces DS inquest will begin on Oct 23 (later rescheduled to March 07)

Sep 15 2006 - Fax from Dr. Khristine Eroshevich to Kapoor: "Here are the medications for M. Chase:"

Sep 18 2006 – Getty Images sold pics of DS with DL to In Touch Weekly, ET & Insider for a total of at least $650K

Sep 18 2006 – ANS e-mail to Gina Shelly” I hope to never see him (Ben) again he also said he didnt want to be on the birth certificate!!!!!!!........thats fine he dont even need to see his daughter again either!........................me and Howard are getting married and she will have her father!......as for the lies in the papers i will own star!.......ms. Oct 20 2006 – Atty for GBT hand delivers letter to ANS ordering her to leave residence by Oct 31

Oct 31 2006 – Staff Editor for People mag confirms paying ANS for pics of commitment ceremony

Oct or Nov ?? 2006 – ANS enters hospital in Bahamas for pneumonia (stays for 1 week). Cause is near drowning resulting from drug intoxication

Nov 11 2006 – Summons served on ANS re Horizons

Nov 13 2006 – ANS’ atty Monroe confirms ANS is house-hunting in Bahamas for purpose of residency

Nov 27 2006 – Quethlie Alexis fired by ANS as nannie

Nov 28 2006 – GBT lawyer files judgment in default of appearance and demand to vacate Horizons within 48 hours

Dec 4 2006 – Quethlie Alexis files affidavit re ANS care of DL, relationship with Gibson, drug use, etc.

Dec 6, 2006 - Callenders & Co. lawsuit against ANS for fees of $113K and move to have her local assets frozen at $125K

Dec 21 2006 – LA Superior Court rules ANS must bring DL to CA for paternity test (ruling temp blocked and pending)

Dont’t believe there was any effort at a bona fide detoxification of ANS. I do, however, believe that there was an effort to get off the Methodone as a result of Daniel’s death from it.

Ergo - if ANS overdosed - it would be from a different drug.

Still believe she was going to be drugged and dragged to the boat for a maiden voyage on the Cracker to meet Natalie Wood.

Perper acts as if he has vested interest. Greta made terrific points. How was that much CH given to ANS? Evidence indicates that not she but someone else gave it to her.

How often does a M.E. (such as Perper) question persons of interest and then use their replies as basis for deciding the manner of death, and assure TV viewers that the persons of interest were honest? Perper has painted himself in a corner.

IIRC during one interview (there have been so many) didn’t Perper add “one can always re-open the investigation” ??

Like many of the ‘talking heads’ in this case, Perper does not seem so confident and professional. IMHO Mark Levin and Cyril Wecht have been in ‘melt-down mode’ as well.

The Seidlin Court did Howard in. The methadone in her system. No wonder they wanted to throw up and "clean out" her system. They were determined that the methadone would be gone.

Did Howard say she had been off the Methadone for 5 months....BEFORE...Howard (or KE) knew that it was found in her bile?? Must be..

Ah, mother nature (God)wins.

Hypothetical: If she died two days later, would the methadone still be in her system?? Can someone ask Great-a to ask the question. My emails don't go through.

Reminds me of the murder trial of Kristin Rossum. She was a toxicologist in the San Diego County ME's office and used a large dose of fentanyl to kill her husband (his death at first thought to be suicide) because it was one of the drugs usually not tested for. Her boss was also suspected but never convicted and left the country. Her motive: her husband threatened to expose her affair.

You got that right. Stats indicate that about 1/2 the people out there don't believe HKS is being honest. Thus, 1/2 the people out there aren't buying what Perper is selling. (pun intended)

If Greta (and others) were not asking questions, this case would have been swept under the rug. Perper is getting worried and the right thing to do would be to reopen it in view of the evidence. Can the FBI reopen it?
