IIRC during one interview (there have been so many) didn’t Perper add “one can always re-open the investigation” ??
Like many of the ‘talking heads’ in this case, Perper does not seem so confident and professional. IMHO Mark Levin and Cyril Wecht have been in ‘melt-down mode’ as well.
You got that right. Stats indicate that about 1/2 the people out there don't believe HKS is being honest. Thus, 1/2 the people out there aren't buying what Perper is selling. (pun intended)

The last thing you want in an ME is someone who is star struck and gullible.
Perper is also very inconsistent in the remarks he makes on his never ending, 24/ 7, traveling road show and media circus.
I think his tour bus is The Perpertuity .
His final report is also inconsistent-
she was dazed and confused in a bathtub the day before her death, but,then Perper blames the stuporous and septic ANS for not having the intelligence of a chemist.
Because she should have known all the drugs would have a fatal interaction.
And sometimes in the interviews, Perper himself sounds confused.
A good defense attorney would make mince meat of Perper on the stand.
But, since Perper has also been acting as a de facto defense attorney for Stern and KE , that won’t be necessary.
The chance that justice will be done in this case is probably zero.
And that’s the most disgusting part.
Perper has given the Seminole Nation the shield to tell the world-case closed.
It sounds like nothing, absolutely nothing can convince the Seminoles to relook at the case.
Guess the smell of money overpowers the stench of corruption and cover up.
