Rale and Opri having words outside courthouse.
Opri....we're not losing motions because we always ask for more. We're at the time when the court will order tests. HKS cannot continue to perpetuate a fraud about the birth certificate.
Order will be enforced and he will have to take the DNA test there in the Bahamas. They can talk and spin all they want.......
Us ol'time Freepers do not need a self appointed thread nanny, spelling corrector, or a Firm. Some of us here have been on FR for years and have grouped together over the years on case threads like this one. We never needed a self appointed... Thread Nanny, Spelling Corrector, or a so called Firm for the past case threads to run smoothly.
I personally think having these things on this case is what is causing the tension on the Anna Nicole case threads.
I wonder how much of that ANS anger was fueled by guilt rather than long-lasting hate or animosity? People react to being cornered in different ways. Virgie basically blamed HKS for killing Daniel and we all assume ANS had major guilt over it. So having mom blame them for the death had to add salt to the wounds. When I feel guilt I don't usually react in anger, but who knows how others react.
If the hate video was orchestrated by HKS, then I think the old Shakespeare line "The lady doth protest too much" comes into play also. In other words, to "protest too much" is to insist so strongly about something not being true that people begin to suspect maybe it is true (the responsibility for Daniel's death, that is).

Birkheads Ca suit requested a lot more than DNA. He wanted both Anna and Howard tested for drugs. That sure would have been nice....and we might have found out what she was and was not taking, i.e., and to make the connection as to what Howard needed to pull off Anna's death and where he got it from.
This is how I am understanding it...
In the Bahamas Stern does not have to submit his DNA to prove he is the father of the baby. But the judge in the Bahamas may ask Stern to do it. One of the Bahamian lawyers said that if the judge asks Stern to do it and if Stern refuses to do it, then that would lead the judge to suspect that Stern was trying to hide something. I think their morals and beliefs are different than ours. In otherwords if this was 2 Bahamian men fighting over the paternity of a baby. The "presumed" Bahamian father would proudly stand up and offer his own DNA without even being asked.
The lawyer also said that there has never been a case of 2 Bahamian men fighting over the paternity of a child before in Bahamian courts.
So Opri is out to push the judge to ask Stern to give up his own DNA to prove he is the father. Of course Opri knows that Stern won't do that but Opri is trying to point out that if he "was" the baby's father he would proudly stand up a give his DNA to be tested against the baby's DNA and once he came up a positive match all of Stern's worries would go away. In otherwords Opri is pointing out to the world that Stern is choosing to take hard road instead of the easy road and why is that?
The Sultan was their next mark. They could fleece him and he is so wealthy it wouldn't even make a dent.

He does look high as a kite. He hasn't looked normal ever since Daniel died. That footage on him announcing that he was Dannielynn's father was messed up. He was disheveled and just looked dirty.
I'm trying to figue out why Opri and Larry keep going to court demanding HKSs' skanky DNA. What good is that if they don't have Dannilynns DNA? They have Annas DNA and Larrys....they NEED Dannilynns, not Goat DNA.
Maybe I'm just slow....
