The bag would be confiscated ONLY at the Florida crime scene. No need for KE to be there. The drugs weren't going back to the Bahamas.

IT DOES NOT MATTER because the 280 days is only there to put a name on a man as the presumed father when there is not OTHER father or man in the picture.
The presumed father position is in QUESTION period if another man comes forth making claim that the child is his.
The presumed father law is only there if there is not another man in the picture.
The presumed father status is there because of all the baby that are born out of wedlock in the Bahamas.
Single woman is pregnant by Man 1 - she breaks up with Man 1 before she learns she is pregnant. Man 2 comes into the picture before she learns she pregnant with Man 1's child.
Woman goes on and has baby with Man 2 in her life. Man 1 is gone and is no where to be found. Woman and Man 2 break up when the child is 3 years (never married) - Child is now fatherless and is losing the only father chaild has known. Mother wants child support from Man 2 - Man 2 says hey the kid is not mine why should I pay child support. Court says tough "sh*t" you are the presumed father because...

ESTABLISHMENT OF PATERNITY
7. (1) Unless the contrary is proven on a balance of probabilities, there is a presumption that a male person is, and shall be recognised in law to be, the father of a child in any one of the following circumstances-
Presumptions of paternity. (PART A through J are FOR MAN #2)
(a)the person was married to the mother of the child at the time of its birth;
(b)the person was married to the mother of the child and that marriage was terminated by death or judgment of nullity within 280 days before the birth of the child, or by divorce where the decree nisi was granted within 280 days before the birth of the child;
(c)the person marries the mother of the child after the birth of the child and acknowledges that he is the natural father;
(d)the person was cohabiting with the mother of the child in a relationship of some permanence at the time of the birth of the child, or the child is born within 280 days after they ceased to cohabit;
(e)the person has been adjudged or recognised in his lifetime by a court of competent jurisdiction to be the father of the child;
(f)the person has, by affidavit sworn before a justice of the peace or a notary public or by other document duly attested and sealed, together with a declaration by the mother of the child contained in the same instrument confirming that the person is the father of the child, admitted paternity, but such affidavit or other document shall be of no effect unless it has been recorded with the Registrar General;
(g)the person has acknowledged in proceedings for registration of the child, in accordance with the law relating to the registration of births, that he is the father of the child;
(h)the mother of the child and a person acknowledging that he is the father of the child have signed and executed a deed to this effect in the presence of a counsel and attorney, but such a deEd shall be of no effect unless it is notarised and recorded with the Registrar General prior to the death of the person acknowledging himself to be the father;
(i)a person who is alleged to be the father of the child has given written consent to that child adopting his name in accordance with the law relating to the change of name; or
(j)a person who is alleged to be the father of the child has by his conduct implicitly and consistently acknowledged that he is the father of the child.
(2) Where circumstances exist that give rise to presumptions of paternity in respect of more than one father, no presumption shall be made as to paternity. (PART 2 - FOR MAN #1)

and you will pay child support for the child. Man 1 could come in and claim the child if he wanted to. This would get Man 2 off the hook of child support. But in the Bahamas many #1 Men never come forth.

If Greta was referring to that very morning, which I believe she was, then why would Perper have asked KE about the CH that morning...she wasn't even there? And it's not possible that he means that none of them gave her CH at ANY time, because he's already stated that when she asked for it, THEY gave it to her. The guy is dancing.
I don't know which report you're referring to. I thought you were talking about the official report that Perper released with all the addendums. Too much for me to read....

What we need is maybe one person to give a list of all the discrepancies like this, since it's very difficult to go back and do searches here at FR for information in individual posts (this is the only website I've ever participated on that doesn't allow for searches on content, only title) unless I'm just dumb.
Anyway, I've seen two lists of ANS drugs...the list that Perper put out that were found in her body, and the list that Greta put out that were prescribed by KE in HKS's name and I'm not sure if there are differences. I suppose not all the drugs at her disposal were found in her system? Maybe I just need to take time and do some homework, lol.
Would the amber bottle indicate sensitivity of the product to light?

2. In most cases of suicide, the victim ingests a large amount of a drug to insure death. In this case, there was a lot of Chloral Hydrate left in the bottle.
2/3 depleted doesn't sound like a lot left to me. Is Perper an optimist? Glass is half full kind of guy?

Good point on the glasses, I only remember one picture of her with glasses on, she had her hair up and a big pair of glasses.Daniel was about five or six. I can't find it now but it has been posted many times.

Maurice woke up around 9 am. Around 9:30 am he went into Anna’s room and thought he saw her moving but was not certain. He told Howard he was going to have breakfast with his wife, Tasma.
Mr. Stern awoke between 9-10 am and helped Anna to the bathroom. He then watched television in another room until King Eric called to inform him of his arrival at the airport. Mr. Stern then called Maurice to instruct him to pick up the guests (King Eric, his common-law wife, and another man).
Upon arrival of King Eric and his party at the hotel at around 12 pm, Mr. Stern called out to Anna who was still in bed to arouse her. One of the guests then urged him not to wake her so he did not call her again.
Shortely after 12 pm, Maurice, Mr. Stern, King Eric, and the other mail visitor left the room at the Hard Rock Hotel. Maurice left to take care of personal business and Mr. Stern, King Eric, and the other mail guest left at the same time to pick up the boat. Maurice asked Tasma, his wife who is a registered nurse, to stay with Anna. She worked on the computer in Anna’s room while Anna remained in bed under the covers. King Eric’s common-law wife remained in an adjoining room.
At about 1 pm Tasma Brighthaupt was on the phone with her husband, Maurice Brighthaupt. The boat captain’s wife, who had been in the guest room, came into Anna Nicole’s room because she thought Tasma was talking to Anna Nicole. When the captain’s wife realized Tasma was not talking to Anna Nicole, she went around Miss Smith’s bed and took a look at her. She then told Tasma to come take a look at Anna because she didn’t like the way Anna Nicole looks. Tasma hang up with Maurice and came around the bed. She saw Anna’s face slumped downward on her chest, her mouth open and without breathing sounds. Tasma Brighthaupt initiated CPR after calling her husband Maurice. She alternated mouth to mouth breathing with chest compressions, checking for a pulse until Maurice arrived.
1:38 pm Maurice returns to the Hard Rock Hotel and he took over resuscitation.
1:40 pm Seminole Emergency Medical Service was called.
1:43 pm First patrol unit arrived to room 607.
1:46 pm Seminole paramedics arrived. CPR was continued.

When they refer to Guest Room, I think they are referring to the room across the hall.
Was it the Nicorette patch, or gum? I went on the patch several years ago, and even though I used it according to directions, the side effects were horrible. Needless to say, I quit them and started smoking again. Sleeplessness and the most bizarre dreams possible.
I've never tried the gum, so I don't know how that would affect me, except I can't chew gum, lol!
It seems clear from the report that Mo picked up Eric from the airport.
Show us the layout of the rooms and where stuff was and maybe we can do away with some of these ILLUSIONS.
Remember Scott Peterson. We got a complete layout of the house.
Maybe we can access the Hard Rock site and see what a typical suite looks like.
