I just caught the end of what she was saying, but i think she was confirming the detox theory. Is that right?

To my knowledge, the judge refused to allow them to add HKS to the case. They wanted him on because as it stands now, ONLY Anna was compelled to bring Danielynn in for DNA testing. After she died, Team Larry needed HKS to be added so the baby could be brough in for testing.

However, I think it's a mute point now because Howard has done this in the Bahamas so I don't think there is still a need to add him to the California case.

At least I think that's how it goes ;)

Whether the detox thing is true or not, they're using it i think. It makes it appear that HKS was trying to help her. I haven't heard them mention detoxing her before. This is a new spin cycle for them is it not?

Another question - If, oops, WHEN Larry gets DL, he will then have a say-so (as DL's guardian) as to where her Mom and brother are located, right? I thought I heard it costs around $30K to relocate a person, so they'd need about $60K. If Larry decides to do this but doesn't have the funds - could someone start a "BRING THEM HOME" fund? Larry's got tons of supporters

I think, IIRC, Anna cannot be moved unless that creepy guy appointed as guardian of her body approves, unless the court orders him no longer guardian of the body?

Soon...Now that the Florida case is closed and Anna's death was ruled "accidental", he's really quite safe here.

If he's moved assets (that's like a duh) and has it written as "survivor takes all" on say the ET contracts, and all of Anna's contracts written as such are still valid, he's got everything he wants.....All her future earnings...

Not only that, those "future" monies come with no judgement attachments because they are not part of her estate.

Howard is objecting to DNA testing based on the lack of evidence presented to the court by LARRY BIRKHEAD. He claims there is no evidence that Larry is the father, at least none so far that has been submitted to the Bahamian court.

Ashleigh Banfield and the guy in the Bahamas are discussing what the ramifications of this hearing are for HKS, and they are tremendous. Not only could the jury recommend he be tried for murder, but the importation of the drugs into Bahama was a crime too. That's why HKS is trying to micromanage the jury and delay everything. It's still puzzling to me how a WITNESS could have so much input into the hearing...he is not a defendant, yet!
