Listen to Pindar real close. I'm seeing "stuff" in the agreements of "cooperation" in Legal matters between the Bahamas and the United Staes that seems to go with stuff he was talking about. It appears to be a matter of "requesting" that cooperation.

This is very complex stuff because it gets into Treaties and Law. Hmmm, kinda makes you think about the Seminole Treaties.

We know something occurred in the background because Seminole LE went to the Bahamas (at the least).
