Another question - If, oops, WHEN Larry gets DL, he will then have a say-so (as DL's guardian) as to where her Mom and brother are located, right? I thought I heard it costs around $30K to relocate a person, so they'd need about $60K. If Larry decides to do this but doesn't have the funds - could someone start a "BRING THEM HOME" fund? No doubt someone will provide the funds for this.
I think, IIRC, Anna cannot be moved unless that creepy guy appointed as guardian of her body approves, unless the court orders him no longer guardian of the body?
