Wonder how we Americans would feel if an interloper came into our country and tried to change our Constitution....oh wait, that is happening.

At any rate, here's what i say to Mr. Munroe: "tell your client if he doesn't want a tainted jury pool he should commit his murders on a bigger island. tell him that it doesn't help to try and change the Constitution of an island he's only lived on for less than a year and which he is not even a citizen of. tell him to cut the crap with all the legal maneuverings and appeals and stays. then maybe he wouldn't look as guilty as he is."

since there was a previous order for the DNA and going to the Bahamas can be seen as "flight" and the DNA actually becomes part of a database, I think the Ca courts have first rights to it. I sure hope so.

Sounds right...so, Larry is simply being cooperative with the Bahamian courts by allowing the results to be sealed and to go with their time frame. If I were Larry, I my patience would be running out fairly soon.

Howard simply ignored USA law and "took flight" to avoid it. I think once the residency issue is taken care of, they will kick him out.

I'm almost thinking that he WANTS to get kicked out because it appears that being a witness at the Inquest is no longer mandatory. So, they see the "Rehearsed" tape of Anna's statement to the Police taken DAYS AFTER Daniel died and no more...and likely it carries the "If Howard did anything to hurt Daniel, do you think I would protect him?"...to match Howard's little blip....which I think was ACCIDENTLY broadcasted.

Bottom Line: Howard wants to get out of being a witness. Remember, his attorney said he advised him to say nothing.

The more drugs Anna did, the less likely she was able to act on her own accord.

That's why i don't buy it when people put equal blame on her for not paying her bills and the mortgage and stuff. Surely Stern was handling (not handling) that. Miserly b@$turd.

However, prior to an event, it was detox time, time to switch drugs and get with the uppers/pain killers. Addicts typically know how their drug agenda goes, timing the drugs to correspond to their daily/weekly/monthly activities.

That's the downfall of so many celebs. Johnny Cash had that problem altho he didn't die from it per se. But the visions of Elvis.

I kinda laughed at the media in regard to Seidlin...They literally mocked him....But we sure got to know a lot more about Howard than ANY of the attorneys could have gotten out of him...because you don't object if a judge asks the question.
