Does anyone here believe Daniel could be Dannielynn's father?

Have you been following this thread and the one before it?

What are your thoughts regarding that rumor?

I badly wanted to go to the Bahamas for my next vacation but due to this mess, I don't think I'll go there. Maybe I'll go back to Hawaii instead.

Yes, sorry to say i have not followed it as well as some of the others. They need some of you in The Bahamas to ask questions and do research.

I am still hoping that Larry is her dad!!

I have so much admiration for Virgie. She is grieving for Anna and Daniel and has to endure this so-called justice because of Howard K. Stern.

C.Crier's guest today made some derogatory remarks about Virgie, based of course on the libelous statements spewed out of Howard K. Stern's mouth, followed by a gratuitous "would not be fair to Ms.Arthur".

If we have any doubts about Howard K. Stern's decency or character, we just have to remember he will not let Virgie see or hold her granddaughter. A man who is not related to the infant in any way -and who is likely responsible for her mother's and brother's deaths.

What a world.

"The inquest judge is letting Stern's lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked."

Exactly how, I wonder, do they go about 'permanently blocking' a determination on cause of death?

I know alot of us are stress over this case so here are some good words of advice:
CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES
>
>I am passing this on to you because we could all use a little more calmness
>in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you
>too can find inner peace. Dr Phil proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner
>peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never
>finished."
>
>So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't
>finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a
>bottle of Merlot, a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish
>Cream, a bottle of Kahula, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old
>Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of
>chocolates. You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now.
>
>Please pass this on to those
>whom you think might be in need of inner peace.

you wrote """"""""""""boat people:

Reel Deal's owner and President, Marcos Morjain
Ned Bruck, general manager of Reel Deal Yachts
Vince Pyle, owner, V & G Yachtworks
( ) Dekema, Real Deal yachts
(unknown employee on boat, at sea, with Stern) """"""""""

Could it be this "unknown" dude? Billy Hicks?

I found this in my Star Magazine, March 26th edition:
Regarding Howard on Feb. 8th.... He was "hungover-looking" as he visited the V&G yachtworks in Dania Beach Fla to check on Cracker..blah blah .."I was showing him the propeller shaft when his phone rang" Billy Hicks, a yacht tech who was with Stern at the boatyard tells Star. "His first words were,'Oh my God, are you sure? Are you positive? Don't touch anything until I get there.' then he snapped his phone shut and said 'I gotta leave now.' When I asked him about a repair that needed to be made to the boat, he told me, 'Look I don't have time to deal with that right now. This is an emergency. I gotta go" Hicks says he was fairly unemotional. blah, blah... Hicks and Joe Zammataro, the yachtworks mgr, agree that Stern received the call and left the boatyard, where he'd been for 20 minutes at 1:20p.m. The 6 mile drive to the HardRock would have taken 20 minutes at that time of day. That roughly puts him at the hotel at 1:40..... 5 min. before 911 was called.

Just to put more names on our ever growing list of players!
Thanks Rte66, you're the BEST! :-)

Report: Howard K. Stern Derails Inquest Into Anna Nicole Smith's Son Daniel's Death - Fox News

Stern's lawyer argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Smith and her son.

The inquest judge, Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez, is letting Stern's lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked, delaying the inquest for at least two weeks, TMZ reported.

Gomez said Wednesday he was close to resolving a legal issue that had stalled the inquest into what caused Daniel's death at age 20.

I would love to sign a petition but I don't want to have to pay for it.

The Bahamas are going to feel the wrath just like Aruba did.

I wonder how their economy is doing?

Not taking up for HKS, but that is a little ridiculous to state that the bumb was there at the hotel 5 minutes before the 911 call. How does anyone other than HKS know exactly how long it took him. And even if the drive was 20 minutes, you have to add more minutes to park your car in the parking area, pass it over to a valet parker and then get up to the 6th floor and run/walk to the room.

But it is good to know that the bumb had a hangover.
