Stern's lawyer argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Smith and her son.
The inquest judge, Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez, is letting Stern's lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked, delaying the inquest for at least two weeks, TMZ reported.
Gomez said Wednesday he was close to resolving a legal issue that had stalled the inquest into what caused Daniel's death at age 20.
What I don't get, Kat is Team Stern is hiring people to go on blogs and reform his reputation. Don't they understand that this trick and keeping the DNA from being done only adds to the dislike of their client.
