I'd like to think we've seen evidence of that, but reading t autopsy report and other parts of the investigation that have been released, if the investigation was as sloppy as the reports I see no evidence of the depth of investigation this case cried out for.
Taking the word of the two people who fed her those drugs and basing the findings on the info they spoon fed the coroner and Seminoles...... very disappointing. The rocks were not looked under thoroughly enough. Thank goodness the ex-FBI guy is still on this and saying he will present his findings to the Seminoles at the right time.
I watched the rerun of Lilly Sanchez last night with AJ Hammer and she really did use semantics to dance around biological vs legal father.
Poor Howard...He made all those videos and they all turned against him in the end because it showed a sequence of events that WILL/WOULD BECOME evidence of Anna's explanations for HOWARD'S behavior.
What??????? KE had memory loss on what she administered? Where did she get her MD? a cracker jack box? Doctors are required to track every drug and the exact dose and keep those records. and, Perper.... did they pay him under the table or something? and..... I still want to know the reason Wecht is melting down.

Bahamas Judge Orders Long Awaited DNA - Howard Appeals

Today, Virgie Arthur, Larry Birkhead, and Howard K. Stern came face to face once again to discuss DNA. While the parties are not allowed to discuss the details of todays meeting, court tv did confirm that Howard K. Stern's lawyers confirmed that DNA was ordered and swabs were to be taken on both Dannielynn and Howard. Howard K. Stern is appealing according to his lawyers.
For weeks we have heard Howard K. Stern's lawyers state that the reason they have not submitted the DNA is that they wanted to do it properly thru the Bahamian court. Now that it has been ordered they are still refusing. We'll have to see what kind of excuse the Stern party comes up with this time.
While most people agree it is likely that Larry Birkhead is the father. DNA from Howard K. Stern is likely needed just in case Larry isn't. Why? Well, it is likely Virgie will want to prove that Howard is not the father of Dannielynn. Most people feel that Howard is well aware of the fact that he is not the father (since many close witnesses state that he and Anna never had a romantic relationship)
Howard is surrounded by suspiscious circumstances. He lerked in the shadow of Anna Nicole for many years. He set up a company called Hot Smoochie Lips Inc. which he slowly transfered all of Anna's assets into. Guess who is listed as controller of that company? You guessed it Howard is.
He enabled Anna by assisting her in getting drugs. He picked them up for her. Found doctors for her. He even allegedly joked about how the pharmacies had his picture hanging on the wall. Prove has turned up that Methadone (which is illegal in the Bahamas) has been shipped to Howard's Nassau post office box. Howard, not Anna, picked up these drugs from the post office. In case you forgot, Daniel Smith's autopsy showed Methadone in Danie's system.
Daniel reportely met with a private investigator just weeks before his mysterious death. He was afraid that something was going to happen to his mother. He was suspicious of Howard K. Stern and felt that Howard was jealous of his relationship with his mother and that Daniel was the one person in his way of having complete control over his mother, Anna Nicole. In his next visit to his mother, to see his new baby sister, after Howard K. Stern brought back fast food for Daniel he began feeling tired and reportly stated "why do I feel so tired". He then died and witnesses heard Anna Screaming "Howard what did you do". Anna then called her mother crying "Daniel is dead, Daniel is dead." Howard then hung up the phone disconnecting the phone call and that would be the last time Virgie Arthur would speak to her daughter.
From that day one Anna was so drugged up it is likely she had no idea what was going on around her. Howard K. Stern had testified in court that he administered drugs to Ann so that she would not take more than what was required. Seems in her final days she was getting a whole lot more than what was needed.
It is reported that Anna took so many drugs for pain because she suffered from chronic pain. Anyone who does a quick 5 minute search on the internet will discover that most of the drugs that turned up on Dr. Kris Eroshovitz fax to Dr. Kapoor were highly addictive and that when a pearon is addicted to them they experience pain after about 5 hours of not getting more of them. So my opinion (and I heavily emphasize that its only my opionion and not proven fact) that the chronic pain that Anna allegedly had, was a result of the drugs she was taking.
There are many things that we may never know for sure in all of this. There is one thing for sure that we do know though. There is a innocent beautiful baby girl in the middle of this and she deserves to know who her real father is. I pray that that person is Larry Birkhead, and that he can take her out of this madness soon.
The rest we can leave to the authorities to investigate.
