Is the inquest going on-I was out.

So, at about 10 am, when Perper says that ANS was " given or took " the fatal dose of Chloral Hydrate-Moe said she was sleeping ... with HKS at her side .
If she's sleeping-how could she take CH ?
If Perper had bothered to read the transcripts of some of the bizarre and dissembling interviews
this group had given- he might not look like such a fool, today.
I still can't get over Perper blaming a drug addicted, functionally illiterate and very sick woman for not understanding that her drugs would fatally interact.
Perper believed that the only meds she took IM were the vitamins and Dr Feelgood hormones and immunoglobulin.
Dr Perper believed that ANS who required large doses of narcotics for severe and debilitating back problems- was somehow able to torque herself in a way to inject herself in both buttocks.
That she would be able to perform this feat is amazing and that she would go to all this pain for the sole purpose of injecting vitamins-defies credulity.
I can believe the self injection into the thighs, but, not the buttocks.
Dr Baden said the Seminoles left the room open for one hour before securing the room.
Dr Henry Lee said that the Seminoles did not process the scene properly and left a lot of bizarre things untested-like the brown fluid at the bedside.
The Bahamas can chose to continue the circus or they can chose to act like professionals.
So far, it looks like the circus is winning.
I heard her and I also heard her say that it would have been near impossible for poor HKS to get Anna off drugs.
HELLLOOOO, Jamie, nice try, but it's not about sobering her up, we're talking about not spoon feeding them to her....BIG difference.
So, if the Supreme court turns him down at 2pm today....he will appeal it again so that the law can be changed by the legislature to accommodate him.
Is there anyway that the Supreme court can force this inquest to go forward, or can he really force this to wait until the law is changed?
The Judge addressed that too. Said if HKS wanted the laws changed then he needed to take it to the Legislature not the courts. All the courts could do was follow the existing laws not change them.

Howard might not want to do this because if it makes both witnesses and jurors subject to questioning, he becomes subject to the same..unless he can exempt himself.
HKS has been granted a temporary stay until 2pm while the Supreme Court decides whether or not to accommodate his wishes to have unprecidented voir dire of the jurors. If the Supreme Court turns him down, they are saying it will NOT go on to the inquest because Sterns is going to contest the Supreme Court decision and ask that the stay be granted until the legislators can change Bahamian Law to accommodate him.
Also, hearings will begin Monday morning on whether or not the April 3rd DNA release will happen.
