HKS has been granted a temporary stay until 2pm while the Supreme Court decides whether or not to accommodate his wishes to have unprecidented voir dire of the jurors. If the Supreme Court turns him down, they are saying it will NOT go on to the inquest because Sterns is going to contest the Supreme Court decision and ask that the stay be granted until the legislators can change Bahamian Law to accommodate him.

Also, hearings will begin Monday morning on whether or not the April 3rd DNA release will happen.

Very busy and late day - just now here and trying to catch up but like yesterday am sure I won't be able to do that.....so...if you're still here - can you tell me if any witnesses were heard today in the Inquest? Thanks!
