Thread Number Two
Danny was being treated for depression, too and I still haven't found out who prescribed his meds. Martino knows. And where's this mysterious girl that Danny was upset about??
I think in the Holloway case, the FBI may have tried to get involved, but were denied. Still, I think they did some of their own investigating. With circumstances being so different in this case (he died surrounded by American citizens), I hope that they will not simply rely on the Bahama legal system for answers. Then again, I'm hoping they don't rely on Perper and Tiger to have done any 'real' investigative work either. At the very least, I would hope that Virgie would be in a position to file wrongful death.
Shocking revelations in new death inquest...
By: Zoheir Beig on 3/29/2007
A preliminary interview before the inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son has revealed the shocking allegation that she accused her boyfriend at the time, Howard Stern, as being responsible for Daniel's death.
The Forensic Pathologist Dr. Michael Baden is quoted by FOX News as stating that two witnesses in the case, nannies working for Anna Nicole, heard the former Playboy model talking about Howard and blaming him for Daniel's death.
"The two nannies are interesting because they talk about Anna accusing Howard Stern of causing the death of Daniel, that they heard Anna say these things, according to this list" says Baden in a transcript of the interview for 'On The Record'.
It transpires that the two nannies were later fired, possibly by Howard himself.
The full inquest into Daniel's death is due to begin today in the Bahamas, with more information expected to be revealed about the amount of drugs he did or didn't consume.
"Mo will tell the truth no matter what and so will Taz. They have nothing to lose."
What if the stories they've told thus far have been lies concoted by HKS? Do you think they would then tell a truthful story for the inquest? It would be great if they would, but now that they've given a different story in the media, their credibility would be shot, wouldn't it? I'm just guessing, but I'm not exactly sure that what Mo has been saying til now has been the truth.
Khristine is NOT on that list....
The Bahamas obviously is a cesspool of corruption - according to their own residents/citizens.
It would be appropriate for Americans who think Daniel was murdered - to boycott the islands. Demand that cruise ships not stop there and don't fly there for vacations.
Wonder what percentage of their GNP is tourism? Anyone?
I can hear it now from Sanchez...."lying, disgruntled employees"
Hopefully, Anna was interviewed and taped, ALONE,without HKS, by the police right after Daniel died, and hopefully she conveyed these suspicions...I am anxious to find out exactly what her statement holds!!
But, given HKS was her lawyer, he may have insisted on being present during her statement.
Here's a theory about Anna Nicole Smith's various drug interactions. Apparently, the antibiotic she was taking has a deleterious effect when mixed with caffeine. Around Smith's bed, according to her autopsy report, were cans of soda.
The theory offered to me by an expert source is that the combination of Cipro and soda was keeping Smith awake and unable to sleep. The result was her accidentally overdosing on chloral hydrate, which she took in liquid form to sleep. In other words: Dealing with severe insomnia, Smith was swigging the chloral hydrate and overdosed.
I asked Broward County toxicologist Howard Schueler about this yesterday. He said caffeine was present in Smith's blood, but they don't how much. Her Cipro level was not that high, as it turns out, but it's there. The main thing was the chloral hydrate. That level was over the top.
Cyril Wecht ain't on it either!
You know that he was. And I do not hold out any hope for this tape, it is probably all positive toward Howard. If it was not then they (Bahamas LE) would/should have had his ANS dependent a$$ behind bars long ago.
"Cyril Wecht ain't on it either!"
That's just unbelievable to me...and what it may tell us, is that there are going to be no discrepancies between Wecht's report and the one done in the Bahamas.
Be prepared for Howard to cry. He has been emotionless. They may have to even stop the court at some time...so he can get his act together. He's gonna try to "disarm" everyone...looking for sympathy...the Old Motherhood and Apple Pie.
Remember the video of him yelling at the baby...Mommy's dead...
I think the DNA should be a KNOWN before the inquest because it goes to motive.
I'm surprised hks hasn't had the nannies deleted from the witness list yet. Or maybe they've disappeared. Are they Bahamian, does anyone know?
I'm still very interested in what Anna told Ford Shelley. The part about if anything happens to me get my computer out of there or something to that effect. I think he holds the key to all of this. I'm so hoping he holds that info in an e-mail or something that is more than hear say.

Naughty Saca!
This is not the MURDER trial... YET;)
Chloral hydrate is a rarely used hynotic drug. We had a segment on TV last night (local) showing a Physciatrist who was treating patients for depression via hynosis and it was said to be quite successful. Someone had mentioned the TrimSpa dude and hypnosis.
That jury is there to decide whether that death was accidental or not. It is a trial per se.

Ooops!
In addition to my wink (;) should have added sarcasm tag - only one coffee so far.
Yep.
