The Judicial Committee of The Privy Council has come to Nassau to hear cases for the first time ever outside of the United Kingdom.
The Committee, which is the court of final appeal for Commonwealth countries that retain it, overseas territories of the United Kingdom and Crown dependencies.
The learned justices will sit for five days hearing two days of criminal cases, two days of civil matters and one day of petitions. The four cases set down for hearing by the five Lords of Appeal are all Bahamian matters.
The committee, which normally sits in the Privy Council Chamber in Downing Street in London, England, will sit at the Court of Appeal at Claughton House in Charlotte and Shirley Streets.
The justices have come to town to clear up a few important cases which are threatened by the judicial corruption so prevelant in Bahamian courts.
The crooked rats at the Bar Association of the Bahamas act like this event is an honour to our nation. Truthfully, it is quite a shame that the Privy Council feels it necessary to stem judicial corruption in the Bahamas by hearing cases before they are referred to England, which is usually a waste of time and only necessary because one can't get an unbiased fair trial in the corrupt courts of The Bahamas.

I am saying Stern convinced Anna she needed to detox or possibly have the baby taken away from her if she acted drugged at the inquest. He convinced Moe and Taz etc of the same thing. All the while he and KE has the plan in the works to kill Anna - so she would NOT be able to testify at the inquest.

Tells you a lot about Webb's lack of character, doesn't it? I hope those in Virginia who voted for him are realizing they were duped. I really believe Jim Webb is dangerous because he's a loose cannon IMO!

Yeah, he said it in one of them, but I'm talking about what the media reported that day and attributed to people in the suite. Don't take time to look - it's not that important.
She was detoxing at the HR Hotel because THAT was where Stern had decided to do the deed to get rid of Anna. He certainly could NOT AFFORD another suspicious death with him around in the Bahamas. He had to do it in the States. The DETOX was a ruse to get Anna to go through DETOX hell and to convince TAZ and MOE that she had to go through this and they were there to help her through it. Stern knew the Casino was run by the Seminole tribe - that it was their moneymaker and that they were used to having celebrities come there and probably to cover over any out of usual behavior of these celebs......and certainly could be easily motivated to be sure nothing major came out of an Anna death investigation - re: anything other than accident.
Stern knew all about the Casino - they had been there before several times.
Stern is an attorney and knew all about WHO would be in CHARGE of the investigation and to WHOM the Chief reports to - not the US Government, not the State of FL governbment, but to his Tribal leaders. I pegged Tiger as a puppet early on and he was. I pegged Perper as under the Stern influence early on and he was. I would bet Stern KNEW about Perper before they went over there and he already had KE ready to sweet talk Perper. The surprise is that Stern already had his CRIMINAL LAWYER SANCHEZ in on the script with Perper!!!
But someone has alrady today pointed out Sanchez would be a very good choice to influence the FBI who might be interested in this case - since Sanchez probably KNEW the FBI people after working in the Clinton justice dept.
Ok, I just typed all that in my sleep - will use this as my marker to come in tomorrow and finish catching up.

I'm staying up for the Greta rerun because I watched Lost. NG did not have any ANS news at all tonight. I think Greta had a lot from what I read on this thread.
That's a good description of Hillary. I cringe every time she's shown clinching her fist, doing her tough military screeching. I don't see how anyone with an ounce of intelligence could be impressed with her...she reeks of phoniness IMO.
Unfortunately, I watched it all live (the fire) but had the sound muted, so I could keep working on the Case List - and I didn't know until afterwards that 3 people died and several firemen were also hurt. Prayers for their families.
Be sure to watch the end of Greta so you can see Karl Rove doing his rap scene. He was really good.
