I don't know but I'm sure that it is playing with the inquest in some fashion. HKS times everything he does and he times it for a reason known only to him.

is exactly what I have proposed as the chief motive to get rid of Anna when Stern did.
Look at how Stern is behaving over Daniel's inquest?
He is acting like the inquest is about HIM - about HIS GUILT - because he knows that it is! He knows that if the truth gets out about all that went on with Daniel's death that people the world over will KNOW he is guilty of killing Daniel and he is fighting tooth and nail to see that that inquest NEVER HAPPENS! From the very beginning he has fought this way - using his influence with the Gibsons and their connections in the Bahamian government to (likely) get rid of their Coroners Office right AFTER the Coroner Linda Virgil claimed Daniel's death was "suspicious"!!!
The inquest got postponed and postponed - and it was even mentioned there might not be an inquest....but, thank God, there is one.
Anna IS THE PRIME WITNESS against Stern and HE KNEW IT. He knew she had to be lucide at that inquest and I am sure USED THAT EXCUSE FOR THE DETOXING THAT HE WAS DOING TO HER - THAT HE HAD TO GET HER OFF METHADONE BEFORE SHE TESTIFIED AT THE INQUEST so people would see she was not drugged up and was taking care of the baby just fine. And he was probably telling her - as others have said - that it was HER METHADONE that killed Daniel - so she had to detox off of methadone for the hearing.
I think that is the BS he told Taz and Moe and Brigitt so they would go along with the horrors that Anna went through. Then when she ended up dead - I imagine Taz and Moe and maybe Brigitte were all horrified......but Stern got to them during that time between Stern getting back to the hotel and the 911 call being placed. He convinced them that they had to follow the script re: the fever, the getting better, the sleeping, etc, etc, - because the world could not know that Anna was really a methadone addict - because we can't let the world think that about Anna - and it might mean we lose the caretaking of the baby......and the money associated with it (though I doubt Moe is motivated by that money)....
I know this is so long.....but it is just like all the puzzle pieces are finally fitting together. So many on this thread add a piece here and a piece there that fit. BUT WE ARE OF COURSE GUESSING JUST LIKE GOOD INVESTIGATORS GUESS WHEN TRYING TO FOLLOW THE BITS AND PIECES OF EVIDENCE.
Until I heard OQ say that Daniel's intention to hire the PI to investigate what's wrong with his mom - and STERN FOUND OUT - I did not have the motive nailed for Daniel's killing. We have all speculated about that - but IF TRUE - this bit of info puts it all together. for me. Speculating of course.
They have already swabbed the child. Just because Hoewie appealed, I don't believe it has to be granted.

Well Larry did imply he was getting some threats of some type. Didn't he say that Howie told him he'd better stop calling Anna and so he (LB) backed off. Maybe that was just the prelude to the real threat that LB hasn't told us about yet. Otherwise, wouldn't LB just say FU Howard?
Just off the top of my head, the Seminoles who stayed in FL and never came to IT (now Oklahoma) didn't mix with our OK Seminoles.
Don't have time to research it and all my books are in storage. I'm from another of the Five Civilized Tribes - Chickasaw, Choctaw, Cherokee, Creek and Seminole - who settled in IT after the Trail of Tears in 1838.
But in the end I think it will be. Howie always wins or has so far. In any event it will hold up the reading of the DNA results. That won't happen on April 3 IMO.

Larry got Court permission to have the DNA performed - he paid for it and can release the information if he is proven to be the biological father.
Stern does not have a prayer to stop that information from becoming known. The results should not matter to him - after all, his name is on the birth certificate.
Is he King or something? Did I miss a revolution - a coup d'etat?
I remember the part about Daniel feeling HOT - and we know he felt tired - and maybe he did have a stomach ache - ------- I can very much agree that KE could have fed him something ....and Stern finished the deed - just like with Anna.
Howard's gonna have a tough time finding a precedence for a DNA case because it's attached to two deaths and a lot of money.

Larry got court permission with the caveat that Stern had the right to appeal up until April 3, 2007. Howard has appealed within the court allowed time frame. Larry has no more right to have the results made public now than you or I do. He will have to wait for further court rulings.
I wonder if the reason that HKS has appealed the DNA swab is because he doesn't want the results out before or during the inquest. He knows it will prove he's a liar and therefore anything he says at the inquest can't be believed. Only thing is, by appealing the DNA swab it only serves the same purpose of making people suspicious of him and figuring that he does have something to hide.

We still don't know who the boat crew man was who came with KEG and Brigitte, either. Not that he was ever separated from the group or that he was even there in town yet as to timing of the video - but I just wanted to reiterate that.
Also - a timeline tidbit I didn't know - Gerlene became Dannielynn's nanny 6 weeks after Dannielynn was born. I can't give source until I get back to normal reading.
I've found us a couple of related Gibsons, but not enough - and the ones I've found are not in government - but there are still some more to go.
Also wanted to add that KEG is an MBE. Not a huge deal, but enough to impress in certain quarters.
