The reason I ask is because Versed ( Midazolam ) is a sedative that causes amnesia.
It's usually given IV for pre op procedures, like colonoscopys and afterwards the patient usually has no memory of the procedure.
ANS had a saline lock in her hand which would have made it easy to administer.
They would have gotten two birds with one stone-sedation and amnesia , but, it wouldn't be the first drug they would use to calm her...unless someone helpfully suggested it.

Don't think so. I imagine there is a CA marriage license record online, but I'd have to pay to get in and won't do that. It all used to be free and I could've checked it out in two seconds.

She's from NY originally and went to college and med school in Ohio. Not sure when she went to CA, but I think it was long ago, from her CA medical licensing which is in my notes, but back too far in too many files - until I finish updating list, I can't lose my place.

His last TX marriage was 1978 and that is the wife who has remarried and lives elsewhere. The other still lives here. It appears he might have a daughter with her who would be about 30 - possibly a son, too - but we don't have parent's maiden name in TX online records after sometime in the 1970s.

I'm really surprised now that I didn't know him or hadn't heard his name before - I knew a ton of people in the stalker's class (he's an ex). Doesn't ring a bell, tho - and he has at least one sibling here.

Ok - I just cannot for the life of me find the transcripts of Greta's shows. Are they available and how do I find them? I have been to the Fox News, on the record section but when I search for transcripts - old junk comes up.

So...to the transcript experts - how do I find Greta's transcripts - number 1.....and since knowing how to find them still probably will find user error in my uneducated internet search skills.....does anybody have a link to last night's Greta show transcript?

And/or to yesterday's Nancy Grace show transcript from yesterday?

I would like to bookmark the comments from the transcript of John O Quinn - made late in Greta's program - and I would like to bookmark the comments from yesterday's Nancy Grace show (I think) where the psychologist guess said what LIzarde pointed out re: the Methadone in the bile of Anna Nicole as proof that she was DETOXING - this expert said the EXACT SAME THING. I would like to be able to bookmark his comments.

I found this on www.artharris.com: Dr. Perper tells me he’s been talking with Anna’s friends, Stern and others to determine her clinical history, and along with tests he’s run, will unveil his findings at 10:30 am EST. Tabloids are reporting she died from a raging infection and an overdose of sleeping medication. Watch our report Monday night on Entertainment Tonight. Howard K. Stern’s lawyers tell me they they are cautiously optimistic.

It seems like Perper has relied on the what HKS (and probably KE) had to say. Also, Sanchez said she had gone over certain things with Perper! It appears Perper's judgment could have been impaired because he chose to be an investigative ME and relied on information that was possibly tainted! He should have conducted a forensic investigation and reported forensic medical findings and not let HKS and entourage cloud his thinking. I think he was wrong to rely on information from Stern and his lawyers. Someone needed to be looking after the interest of Birkhead, Dannielynn, and ANS.

Glad you saw the OQuinn statement last night. I was very surprised to learn that Stern knew Daniel had gone to Anna to get money to investigate!! what was going on with his mother.

I don't know what proof OQ has of this - but agree so far all he has done is spout off on the Greta show mostly with nothing won in a courtroom for Virgie yet.

I think I am just grateful that we have at least ONE attorney in this whole mess who is saying for all the world to hear that Stern had MOTIVE and MEANS to murder Daniel and Anna. (Motive for killing Anna was to get control of her money according to OQ).

Notice that team Stern are ONLY trashing Virgie (and now the media - big mistake) because they are the ONLY ONES who are accusing him of what he actually did!

Wasn't Anna getting ready for the TrimSpa event? It's possible that this detox was a regular occurance prior to public appearances. Getting clean, getting back on uppers and the detox program begins. Except it didn't work this time.

IMHO there was never any attempt at a definitive De-Tox regimen. As stated before - the Methadone was left in the Bahamas - then when Anna showed signs of withdrawal symptoms - KE improvised with Chloral Hydrate.

I think the methadone was left behind in the Bahamas, all signs point that way. It does make sense that they may have feared having it discovered on the plane trip and the tox reports reinforce the idea that it was left behind. Whether it was a planned detox or not, Anna was detoxing from methadone and KE's Rx for withdrawal symptoms appears to have included Chloral Hydrate.

I'm trying to understand KE's reasons for leaving when she did. Did she have important business to attend to in CA? Did she not want to be around when ANS died? Did she know of a plan for murder? Did she fear that her pharmaceutical management of ANS was going sour?

Someone forgot to bring the Methadone, or felt it too risky to get it back into the Bahamas...

I don't think that getting Methadone back to the Bahamas on Cracker would have been an issue, getting it out was risky. Maybe they should have mailed it to the HardRock (LOL), seems they had no fears of getting busted via the mail.

Sending methadone to the Bahamas, and receiving it, should have the FBI involved. I'm not giving up hope yet.

No...KE had flown to California and I would less than 24 hours before Daniel died. She said she talked to Daniel before he left for the Bahamas, said he had a stomach ache and told her what he was taking for depression.

I'll bet KE told the hospital what Anna should have if she had an anxiety attack. KE was her personal physician. One would think SOMEONE had to fill out a sheet listing the drugs Anna was on and that was likely KE.

P.S. It was a looooong time before we found out that KE saw Danny before he left for the Bahamas. I think she spiked something he ingested and then KE called Howard with the "formula" because now she knew what Danny was taking and what was needed.

I'm almost wondering if KE started out to be a Pharmacist...or that she took specialized courses in it.

I think the death at the Hard Rock was an accident. They needed to keep her alive just one more day.

It would have been much easier to drop her overboard on the way back to Nassau. No body = no questions.
