I think the death at the Hard Rock was an accident. They needed to keep her alive just one more day.
It would have been much easier to drop her overboard on the way back to Nassau. No body = no questions.

Not so messy - international waters - she had already jumped off the committment ceremony boat - so she is a proven habitual jumper
Everyone knew that if Anna jumped - not to call the Coast Guard because that would cause a media frenzy!!!
Everyone on board would be sleeping in separate cabins - did not notice Anna was missing until they docked in the Bahamas.
