That gets my vote as reason for the detox but we really don't know the why of it. We just know that DETOX is LIKELY exactly what was going on with Anna during her week from hell in that hotel death room.

Wasn't Anna getting ready for the TrimSpa event? It's possible that this detox was a regular occurance prior to public appearances. Getting clean, getting back on uppers and the detox program begins. Except it didn't work this time.
