I have trouble believing that she didn't have a previous will.
You call 9-11. She was too out of it. Let her refuse treatment when she got there if she wanted to. The object was to keep her away from anyone so the drugs, particularly the chloral hydrate could do their job.
If the nurse came in for morning rounds, she would have checked Anna's pulse, etc. and said Good morning to anyone who was awake. I think her testimony is going to be very important. That's why there are so many people from the hospital there. Nurses appear very non-chalant sometimes almost to the point of aloof but they pay attention. It's their job.
The big event of the day was the Inquest. Howard or his attorney asked for it to be put off and the matter was discussed behind closed doors. He's trying to have it done with NO JURY.
Speaking of Butts. I find it strange that they haven't elaborated on Anna's "gastroenteritis"?
She often complained about constant bowel movements. Gastro is pretty serious in and of itself. For example, it could cause dehydration, and electrolyte imbalances.
She obviously defecated all over herself and the bed.

The woman was living in a pig pen - vomit, diarrhea - soiled clothes, body and bed. It must have smelled like hell - which might explain why no-one checked on her and kept away. That would have been the time to call 911 AND room service to change the sheets & towels. What a group of morons.
Agree with everything you said. And hope it will turn out the way you say. But as we know HkillerS we know how litigious he is and this thing can go on for years unless someone has the guts to bust him. It's looking like he's got too much dirt on everyone in the Bahamas. I'm losing confidence that anything will come out of that inquest and even if it does he'll skate. Our only hope is that the Feds are looking into Anna's death. I don't think The Killer has anything on them.
