I think the big problem in this whole mess was the 2001 will. It made Howard the guardian of Daniel but it excluded all other natural heirs or husbands. If someone challenged the will, they automatically got 0. If Howard is not the father of Dannie Lynn, he has no control over anything. he can not ASSUME to represent her as guardian. He was appointed SPECIFICALLY as the guardian of Daniel.
I think the will either revert to the previous will or it will be looked as if she died intestate.
Would laugh if the previous will said Danny should go to Virgie.

And hope it will turn out the way you say. But as we know HkillerS we know how litigious he is and this thing can go on for years unless someone has the guts to bust him. It's looking like he's got too much dirt on everyone in the Bahamas. I'm losing confidence that anything will come out of that inquest and even if it does he'll skate. Our only hope is that the Feds are looking into Anna's death. I don't think The Killer has anything on them.
