I believe HK$' attorneys will be so obnoxious they will turn off the jury and the judge.

Just like Barf did with Seidlin. Unfortunately that was a Bench hearing. I am convinced a jury would have awarded ANS' body to Virgie...and allowed Billy Smith to testify about bringing Daniel's body back to the US.

Oh! That's something Larry pointed out on Inside Edition the other day - NO! (I was shocked, shocked, I tell ya!) He said she did NOT ever sleep naked - totally out of character for her.

('Course he also elaborated at length on how she was right-handed and couldn't have shot herself in the left butt. Ummm, since everyone was saying things like that, I just got an empty ink cartridge syringe for my printer and tried it myself - no problem at all!

Anna Nicole Smith Saga - The longtime companion of Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern, insists the tragic model would still be alive today if she hadn't refused medical help before her death.

In a statement released late on Monday (26Mar07), Stern revealed he and other friends and aides had urged Smith to check into a Florida hospital after her temperature spiked, but, fearing a "media frenzy", she insisted on sleeping off her fever.

Great point! The hospital probably ordered them not to say anything to the press under patient confidentiality. That means everything they are ordered to testify to (at the inquest) will be "fresh" and true.

THe sister to the ex-boyfriend that is in prison also said she never slept naked. Why would she get up and get helped to the bathroom and either remain naked or take off your clothes?

Being in a suite with a group of other people would seem to indicate that in the morning a person would put on clothes.

All I can say is that if the FBI is not actively involved at this point, then this is just another case of total injustice! And if that is the case, I am going to be completely disgusted by our judicial system! I'm getting sick of the way things are handled for the 'rich and/or famous'. It's a travesty, and it gives the appearance that MONEY can buy ANYTHING or ANYONE!!

Well, that's crazy! It was Howard who went to the Esso, long after he had picked Daniel up at the airport and deposited him in the hospital room. Where did they get that?

I think that you raise a good point about all those hospital visits. The one that LB refers to is where she told Larry she was having pains. I'd take it all back to my theory way back that HKS was trying to abort Dannielynn by drugging her mother in the hospital. And you just cited at least two other times HKS took her to the hospital while she was pregnant. He must've been trying and trying to kill that baby all along.

They're referring to Daniel going for dinner before he left for the Bahamas....At an Esso station??

I agree there are alot(too many?) of similarities. I mean Daniel gets there, spends some time with his mom and new sister.(we all know since Howard was attached to Anna at the hip, he was the other person in the room) I believe some how Howard kept people out of the room? When I had my kids, nurses were in there all the time. They cant even get straight WHERE Daniel was when he was found dead, in a chair sitting or layin in a bed. Also now i read that he was vomiting uncontrollable BEFORE dying...WHY DIDNT HOWARD GET A NURSE...someone had to see him doing this rite? Someone in another room hears Anna yell...YOU CAUSED THIS! It also reported that, "vomit and blood were splattered everywhere" and alleged that the medical team was unable to find the proper oxygen supply needed to resuscitate Daniel in time.
What do they mean they cant find the proper oxygen supply to save him?!?!?! It's a hospital, they deal with emergencies ALL the time.
And lastly, it is said that the call for help came after some time?!?!?!

Anna Nicole goes to Florida, checks into a hotel. After checking in did anyone see her besides the people in the room?(Howard(oh him again?) KE, The Nurse and The bodyguard)She has 105 fever, vomiting, being iced dn, on who knows how many meds, falls in the tub, is found in a dry tub, is layin in a filthy bed,gets all better and is eating breakfast and watching tv, and THEN she is DEAD!! No one calls for medical help AGAIN. After found unresponsive, how long did they wait to call 911? And i find it strange that everyone leaves, KE the day before, Howard and the bodyguard got "things to do", the nurse is playin on a computer and the wife of the man who will drive the boat checks on Anna? I thought they could take a liver temp or something to find out the time of death?!?! Who knows when she died, I agree with whoever said she was probably dead BEFORE Howard went to the boat. HOW SAD!!

HOWARD said that?!?!...What to cover his butt?!?!?! I can see in the beginning when she first got the butt pain and a small fever MAYBE. But once she got so sick and the fever hit 105, she was no long in control, and Howard(being the person that loved her) should of been the FIRST person to get her help. Ok...so she dont wanna go to the hospital..What was wrong with calling someone to come to the room? (oh i'll say he helped her alrite)
