I am just getting caught up and have not made it to the end of the discussion but today a thought came into my head...what if ANS was done it BECAUSE this inquest was set to begin and she would have been a witness...she was the only other person in the room when Daniel died and she was in no condition to stop anything and isn't it she who yelled something about "You did this!"

Thank you for the nice welcome! Prison in the US will look like a godsend compared to prison in the Bahamas. I really hope the brainstorm to go there to escape paternity and custody will bite him in the arse. Let us all pray! :)

KE had flown to Ca and saw and talked to Daniel before he left for the Bahamas. KE said Danny told her that he had a stomach ache. Yeh, a 20 year old told a 60 year old broad that he had a tummy ache. Right....

I wonder if they had a meal together before he left. Did she slip him something.

I swear I remember a video with Anna saying that Daniel felt "hot"...like in fever. It was very early after his death but I haven't seen it since.

The good thing about the nannies is that their affidavits were taken before Anna died. Right after Daniels death, as was most of this testimony, IIRC.

That's right and a good point...do we know if the brillient Dr. Wecht did a test on Daniel's hair? Wouldn't that tell us his drug history and put to rest whether or not Daniel had an ongoing drug problem and/or prior methadone usage?

I predict that Howard will refuse to answer questions. His attorney said he had advised him thusly. But I think Howard will more likely remain imbiguous in his answers or go for the classic "I don't remember.."

A better question yet ... Why didn't Perper test ANS hair for drug history?? I guess HKS wouldn't allow it! That is one of the first things that should have been done. I wonder if he has a hair sample in case they want the info for later?

According to the autopsy report on Smokinggun it says that trace evidence was collected. That being multiple hair and nail samples. He was asked why he didn't test it and he said that past use wasn't important in determining cause of death or something to that effect.

Weather they reported the "sore rear" or not, she had abscesses. If they hadn't reported it, the coroner probably wouldn't have found them. They were not visible from the surface.

Perper said there were small scars on the buttocks. but the abscesses were found only when he dissected the buttocks.

You may be right about testing Danny's hair and we don't know if they did that. IIRC They didn't test Anna's (Believe it or not).

The medical examiner said the fever was caused by a needle piercing the abcess in her buttocks, which allowed the infection to get into her blood. The Cipro(antibiotic) cleared up the infection.

That little item MAY be cause for a second look since he mentioned prior use in his report.
