Anna Nicole Smith Judges Swap Jobs
(CBS4) FORT LAUDERDALE Two South Florida judges who both gained fame during the Anna Nicole Smith hearings last month have been given new jobs in the Broward court system.
Current family court Judge Lawrence Korda and probate Judge Larry Seidlin will exchange positions, meaning Seidlin will handle family court and Korda will hear probate matters.
The change was handed down by Chief Judge Dale Ross, who made the swap following Judge Korda’s arrest earlier this month after Hollywood police cited him for smoking a joint in a public park.
Ross said his office had received some feedback from people who voiced concern over Judge Korda presiding over family court cases following his drug arrest.
''If you look at the nature of family court and the nature of the charges [against Korda], I think this will help restore the public trust and confidence in the court system,'' Ross told the Miami Herald.
Both circuit judges are veterans who have each spent nearly 30 years on the bench. Judge Ross is expected to issue an order formalizing the change late Tuesday.

Oh really, when was that? Cuz if that's the case then that explains why my post hasn't gotten any hits.
I tried to search for the Wynonna thread first but i spelled her name wrong and so thought nobody had posted the story yet.
Cute kids, I don't hold out much hope since their van was found stuck in mud off the highway on a side road yesterday.
Two more beautiful children in a situation that should never happen.
As a society we are failing our sons and daughters in every possible way...how do we stop these nightmares?

Too bad Thompson soesn't have quite the standing as a witness in Daniel's inquest as HKS has.
Otherwise, he'd have just as much right to have Pinder go to Gomez and protest this delay. I think Pinder can take on Munroe.
Wish Pinder were "our" attorney, lol. Makes me sick that such an obvious conflict of interest doesn't even turn a head anywhere. Wayne Munroe was ANS's atty for the property fight with Ben.
Then, Munroe began calling himself the attorney for Anna's estate, after she died. Now, he's just HKS's attorney - but they still attach the "Anna's estate" description to him for Howard to hide behind!
Wish someone could do something about that. Howie should be forced to get his own attorney - then Anna's true estate attorney, whoever it wound up being, Munroe or otherwise, would be in a position to challenge HKS in things that are detrimental to the estate - like squatting and stealing babies.
And why is Virgie not permitted to testify, when Larry is?
This is just all so wrong, wrong, wrong.
It's so disappointing all these delays. HKS's stalling is just making him look worse. Altho he probably thinks if he stalls long enough people will forget the facts.

I'm really getting fed up with the whole situation. Stern is making a mockery of the US and Bahamian judicial system. He and his motley crew Barfy Barf and the Flunky Bunch are the reason people don't trust and don't like lawyers. He's nothing but a bully that uses the court system as his pulpit.
Ron Rales is doing the exact same thing. ANS should have never hired HKs's best friend as her attorney.
Dang...that would keep us posting for days!!
