It was my understanding that they would remain sealed until April 3rd. And if at that time, if Howard hadn't appealed, they would be revealed. These are signed and sealed documents and I imagine they were hand delivered. I can't see where testimony is necessary UNLESS it is appealed.
It would be a waste of Howard's time.
Speaking of the DNA, why is it being 'sealed' and a 'gag order'in place over those results, while none for the inquest?
