Krista Barth is on CTV now, and she is still as hostile and nasty as ever. The hostess (don't know her name) said she has been one of the only ones to support HKS and thought he had been vilified!
He!!, he even drug pushed on Dannielynn inutero.
I think he may have lost some of his optimism about winning custody. Whatever else Opri did, she kept him pumped up.
Yeah, it was pretty graphic! lol
I am amazed that these attorney's can defend ANS's pus filled, scarred behind and 9 drugs in her system with the idea that HKS was "not" a doctor and deferred to their judgement!
WHO are these doctors??? When do they give an account?
a brother? what an odd thing to say considering Stern's age ..not 'like a father' 'like a son'..a 'brother' ???

The patient shouldn't be expected to know the contraindications and drug interaction prohibitions.
But-her prescribing doctor should.
And the RN present should.
Anybody with two brain cells should have questioned the large volume of drugs and whether they should be mixed.
Even her lawyer.
They all stood by while she gobbled pills and liquids and when the stash got low-the MD prescribed more.
The same MD that told ET that ANS appeared " hazy and out of it " a lot.
And the medical staff on site ( Erosevich,Taz and Moe ) violated the standard practice of care and left the pharmacy within her reach, so the hazy, out of it, altered ,impaired, childlike, febrile and septic ANS could dose herself prn.
That is out and out negligence.
The Chloral Hydrate was so potent that it never should have been prescribed -period.
And if someone was so reckless as to prescribe Chloral Hydrate-the dispensing should have been under the MD's strict control. It should have been locked away.
Instead,they all said she would drink it out of the bottle like soda.
BTW-Last night, on GVS, Perper placed HKS in the room with ANS at the time that she " was given or took " her fatal dose of Chloral Hydrate.
Perper said she " was given or took " her fatal dose about two to three hours prior to death and HKS was in the room with ANS at 10am.
Yeah, it was pretty graphic! lol

CBS) Bonnie Stern doesn't like what people are saying about her brother, Anna Nicole Smith's companion Howard K. Stern.
"The reason I am doing this interview is because there are so many misconceptions about my brother," she said in an interview that aired Thursday on "Dr. Phil."
"One of the misconceptions is that Howard profited from Anna's death. There's no life insurance policy. Since her death, Howard has not received any money," she said.

The interviewer missed the opportunity to ask about lapses of integrity with lawyer Stern violating every single tenet of his profession in his handling of ANS's affairs.
Ugh. I think i'm gonna be sick...
FWIW...she, along with all of the rest of his representation, couldn't come up with a coherent answer for why he is unwilling to take a paternity test to put the issue to rest since he is so sure he is the father.
It's long today, but read down to the the bottom where she talks about his new attorney Lilly Sanchez.... read what all she specializes in and we get an impression of all he is potentially fighting right now.
Like many of us, she thinks Fuhrman rocks and thinks he should have his own show -- I think he should investigate this case --...
And, lastly she dropped a mini-bombshell.... Barth was considered to replace Ashley Banfield on CTV and is why she cleaned up all of a sudden.... she tested so poorly when they had her on with Ashley that day they decided she isn't the replacement (thank goodness).
If a bartender can be held criminally responsible for giving people too much alcohol,I really don't understand what the difference is in this situation.A bartender is usually a one time event. This enabling,and facilitating was going on for years.
I hope these attorneys who are defending the goat will have their careers adversely affected by the stuff they are spewing. They HAVE to know something is not right and they just don't care/
