Because what you commented didn't exactly track (in my mind) with what I had written. But it was about Stern and Perper and I wanted to be sure everyone was clear on my views in case there was any confusion. I didn't watch Perper but read everyone's comment. The man and the press conference were a bitter joke. Ditto for the police.
Did someone say Perper admitted she had a pain in her butt? But never dealt with that?
Oh, well, if he won't bother to wonder how come she wound up dead with so many drugs in her system and doesn't question not taking her to the hospital and thought she was in total control of everyone and all her drug taking, no wonder he couldn't be bothered about the pain in her butt.
Why did KE call to check on Anna TWICE after she arrived in California including the morning Anna died. Either she was okay or not.
Surely not a normal drug to be prescribed for this type of pain?

The press, can tear him and TIGER apart all they want, but unless someone comes up with additional evidence, this case is closed.
Unless a politician gets involved and asks for a formal inquest, the best plan of action at this time IMO, is for virgie and/or birkhead to file wrongful death suits against everyone involved that is, if they can afford the years and years of litigation.
The medical field is protecting their own and so is the legal field.
p.s., I'm sure Trim-Spa is quaking in their boots right now - human growth hormone pretty much sets them up for a class-action

Not in my opinion. The Bahamian ME did an autopsy on Daniel that deemed his death suspicious and a Coronor's Inquest was set for Oct. 2006. Somehow Stern got into things and hired Cyril Wecht to do an independent autopsy and Lo and Behold, Daniel's death was due to a drug over dose and not suspicious. Cyril Wecht has IMO the same reason for helping Stern that Perper has. I simply can't see any other reason for such questionable events repeating.
I think Arizona Carolyn has said before that methadone can stay in the system for over 2 days.
