Not in my opinion. The Bahamian ME did an autopsy on Daniel that deemed his death suspicious and a Coronor's Inquest was set for Oct. 2006. Somehow Stern got into things and hired Cyril Wecht to do an independent autopsy and Lo and Behold, Daniel's death was due to a drug over dose and not suspicious. Cyril Wecht has IMO the same reason for helping Stern that Perper has. I simply can't see any other reason for such questionable events repeating.
