Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
Will Howard show tomorrow?? No. He will default on her burial. It doesn't matter to him. He has what he wants....photos and documents to sell...up the kazoo. I hope some court puts a freeze on him.

If he is a no show tomorrow - his default should allow the Judge to rule on his "rights" as executor of ANS' body and personal effects, her estate and custodian of her minor child.
In view of the known dispute over paternity, I don't see how the judge can ignore it.

I'm still waiting for further info on the taking of her things. I do indeed think that Anna did a "if anything happens to me" bit and I'm betting there is some written evidence that is quietly, discreetly being held for the time being. The shock of Daniel's death and perhaps thinking about the "I hate mom tape" probably registered. Why was Howard insisting on these "public" displays?? When did the "I hate Mom" tape first air??
IIRC, Howie is the one who brought the case in that court over the body. His loudmouthed attorneyette kept harping on him being the executer. That's why the judge ruled that Howie has to show up. Now, again, IIRC the other executer, Rale(?) will attempt to take Howies' place as executer. Hopefully, the judge won't fall for it. But, he seems a bit smitten by Barf, so who knows?
I hope that judge has been reading up on the events that led up to this hearing...doing some research - or is he limited to consider only what is presented to him by the attys?

IIRC, ET filmed and NEVER AIRED IT while she was alive. That's why I've been so enraged about it.
When I saw it on ET, they billed it as "Never before seen video of ANS talking about her mother"!
And I can guarantee you, I was NOT watching ET before she died!
He make think they are his....but not so under the circumstances. He only owns the shirt on his back (maybe).

I agree with Greta....They'll be waiting for him with an order by the judge for a DNA sample. Remember, that's what they did with Bubba. Bubba had no knowledge that they were coming. It's called "Catch a Liar".

If Virgie had a slimeball like HKS as an attorney - she would have already sued ET for exploitation of a drug impaired relative, defamation of character, mental and emotional distress, loss of affection and abuse of the elderly.
But then again, she is not Hollywood impaired.
