If he is a no show tomorrow - his default should allow the Judge to rule on his "rights" as executor of ANS' body and personal effects, her estate and custodian of her minor child.

In view of the known dispute over paternity, I don't see how the judge can ignore it.

I agree. If Howard shows, the judge is going to ask for DNA "On the spot". If Howard is not the father, I can see the possibility of Howard being arrested for kidnapping, fraud, and a whole big list attached to the residency bit, the commitment ceremony, the taking of monies based on her photos.

He make think they are his....but not so under the circumstances. He only owns the shirt on his back (maybe).
