Settle the paternity and perhaps the whole matter is settled. I think the judge will do that. Her will seems to be invalid under the "change of circumstances".

I'm still waiting for further info on the taking of her things. I do indeed think that Anna did a "if anything happens to me" bit and I'm betting there is some written evidence that is quietly, discreetly being held for the time being. The shock of Daniel's death and perhaps thinking about the "I hate mom tape" probably registered. Why was Howard insisting on these "public" displays?? When did the "I hate Mom" tape first air??
