Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

She was manipulated by HKS --- no doubt about it, but her mom threw her away, so I have no reason to doubt ANS's own words.
The facts remain, that ANS had nothing to do with either her sister or her mom for a good long time --- 10 years IIRC.

I recall on Nancy Grace or maybe another show, ANS's mother said that her daughter phoned her but sounded drugged after the death of Daniel and then Stern cut the call short and changed the phone number. Since ANS's mother raised Daniel for many years, they must not have hated each other too much, at least not any longer.

Has there been any word as to how much is in Daniel's trust fund and what age did he get the principle? It might turn out that he had the real money.

Howard made a cool million for giving these interviews. I hope he has to use it all for attorney fees.
I don't think he'll ever submit to a paternity test and the Bahama officials won't make him do it. His name is on the BC and that's all they need. Poor little Dannilynn...

First off do we know if they also gave Stern citizenship? - Maybe not... this may be another reason why he wanted to marry her.
Also if they gave Anna and Stern citizenship due to the purchase of the home and if it is found out that the home was not purchased then they could revoke Anna & Stern's citizenship. If they did then would they revoke the baby's also?
This is turning quickly into a black eye for the Bahama government and I don't think they will protect Stern due to the bad publicity it will bring to the Bahama's.
