First off do we know if they also gave Stern citizenship? - Maybe not... this may be another reason why he wanted to marry her.

Also if they gave Anna and Stern citizenship due to the purchase of the home and if it is found out that the home was not purchased then they could revoke Anna & Stern's citizenship. If they did then would they revoke the baby's also?

This is turning quickly into a black eye for the Bahama government and I don't think they will protect Stern due to the bad publicity it will bring to the Bahama's.

And unless he gets kicked out of the bahamas due to all this Shane Gibson hooha, he'll ride out his 'fatherhood' in the Bahamas. Unfortunately, he can't come to claim the inheritance without proving he is the father. I just hope if he did harm ANS or Daniel, that he doesn't get away with it.

I have a theory how we can get Dannielynn's paternity established -- the 9th Circus in California is going to have to know who the parent really is before she is heard as heir to the lawsuit ANS has pending...
